Glossier impresses in reviews for delivering easy, natural-looking makeup—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, and the much‑praised Glossier You fragrance—while drawing criticism for ultra‑sheer coverage, inconsistent longevity, and packaging flaws. Reviews say the brand is good for “no‑makeup makeup” days and everyday scent, but skincare feels basic and shade range and recent reformulations (You, Balm Dotcom) disappoint some users.

I love Glossier, especially some specific products: The Glossier You perfume gets me compliments all the time :')
Feedback
I love cloud paint + I love their mascara as well, but both of them have issues. Cloud paint doesn't last long at all, and the mascara feels like it runs out after 5 uses. :(

Have only tried the beauty products (boy brow, haloscope, cloud paint, lash slick). Love boy brow and cloud paint, but found haloscope too sticky (difficult to get an even layer of the product on skin, even when putting the product on fingers first) and lash slick was too dry (or maybe I just had an old product?). Customer service is great though so definitely adding a star there!

I’ve always been a less-is-more kinda girly when it comes to makeup. I like skin to look like skin. I have no idea how to do “super glam event makeup”. I like to apply with my fingers and I like to look polished. And I don’t like to spend a fortune on products that I go through slowly. Glossier helps me out on all of these fronts! I loooove their skin tint, I think it’s the most natural-looking face makeup out there. Their lip gloss, cloud paint (blush), and cushiony lipsticks are also 10/10. Easy to wear, easy to apply. Most of my routine is Glossier and I’m so glad they’re at Sephora now! I get to try out new products I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to.

I’ve heard the new lip balms are not as good as the old ones? Which is a shame. The old ones are so nice.

I am a regular repeat buyer of Glossier’s high-shine lip gloss because it’s a basic staple in cute packaging. It doesn’t break the bank as a luxury product, but I feel that it’s formula is better than a drugstore’s. It also comes in a 3 shades total, so while I love the clear gloss as a topper for my usual lip products, the holo and red shade would be fun for a night out!
Feedback
While the average makeup falls under Glossier’s price point, I believe the brand justifies the slightly luxury prices. The brand story through their retail stores, packaging and presence are fun to experience. If you want good quality at a good price, NOT cheap price Glossier is your gal.

Have tried many of Glossier's products from skincare to makeup. Great for basics / essentials at an approachable price point. Their signature scent is a 100 - love the body wash especially.

Obsessed with the bomb dalt com balms (specifically coconut) and the You perfume! Also cannot go wrong with the brow gel. Honestly everything I have bought from Glossier has been a win!

More inventory for limited edition balm dot coms would be so great!

Glossier is very easy to apply and does not crease as the day goes on. I like this brand for the fact that it is weightless on my skin and gives it healthy glow.

I wish some of the scents of Glossier were little less noticiable.

Long time Glossier girly. Boy brow is to this day my favorite staple. I’ve used both their skin care products and makeup products. I’d say my top 4 favorites are their balm dot com, boy brow, facial sunscreen (smells so good) and perfume. Future dew Almost makes the cut if only it were a little lighter. I love their merch and their branding. Have always experienced very fast shipping and good customer service

Lately I’ve been a little less excited about products and aside from my basic staples have not been excited to purchase anything new.

I've been using Glossier for years, it was a great jumping-off point to discover other brands--I used cloud paint for a while, their thick moisturizer, body wash, balm dot com, eye shadow, and exfoliator but there are a few products over the years that have stood the test of time. There was nothing wrong with the other products, but I found alternatives I liked better. For the things that I've been using for years--Glossier You smells so good & remains the perfume that gets me the most compliments ALWAYS! Balm dot com also is my favorite chapstick, I am always buying the coconut ones. I've cycled everything else out of my routine, but there was nothing wrong with them! Just evolved a bit in what I use.

Honestly, great price point, shopping at the stores are always really chaotic but ordering online is easy and quick. Not much negative feedback bu their make-up never stood out to me.

I've been using Glossier products for years. Cloud pain is my daily go-to. I have it in 5 shades and they are all beautiful. Works great as blush or a lip tint. The packaging is a downside, as it's had to control how much product is coming out. Despite this, the products last forever - I've yet to run out of one and I ordered them in May 2020. Other products I like include Lash Slick (though E.L.F. has a great dupe), Brow Flick (I recommend applying this before other makeup gets around the brow area), Boy Brow (a decent gel but not my personal favorite), Balm Dotcom (they just improved the packaging), and Futuredew (especially in the summer). Their Stretch Concealer looks beautiful but my skin is a bit too sensitive for it. Lastly, I have to not that their customer service is next level. Glossier You wasn't for me, and they made the return process a breeze.

Order a set to save a few bucks! Sets are bundles of 2+ products.

As an OG fan of Glossier, it's been cool seeing them expand their product range over the years, but the products are really hit or miss for me. Their perfume is my favorite product from them, and it def keeps me coming back because there's nothing like it. I also love their lip products, boy brow, and cloud paint blush. recommend lip products, perfume, eyebrow products, and blush! For their price they are worth a shot and indeed easy to throw on in a rush :) I also really enjoy their clarifying cleanser.
Feedback
A lot of their newer products (lidstar, skywash, solar paint) seem more focused on aligning with the "no-effort, no-makeup makeup" brand personality that set them apart in the very beginning than actually being high-performing and user-friendly (seems like they spend so much time launching new products that a lot of them are kinda half-assed). If possible I'd try them out in stores because some of their products are not as fool-proof and user-friendly as they are made to seem.

I have already known and heard about Glossier, but never had the possibility to buy it. It is worth all the money I spent. I will buy from them again

I’ve tried four products from Glossier: Skywash, Boy Brow, Generation G Lipstick, and Cloud Paint. Of those products, I would only buy the lipstick again. Love that they’re buildable - you can really customize the intensity, but the caps are pretty weak and often pop off. The boy brow was my least favorite. The formula is very thick and dries quickly, so if you don’t work fast, your brows become a gunky mess that dries and becomes flaky. I found the cloud paint to be less blendable than I hoped (they are nicely pigmented though). I found the Skywash to be very drying, and there’s so little product in the tube!
Feedback
Better packaging (lipstick caps pop off, the Skywash tube dries the product out quickly and there’s not much product to begin with). I know a ton of people love Boy Brow, but the formula didn’t work for me.

I think they have a few stellar products and a lot of of ~okay products!

I think expand your shade range and consider creating some more products for sensitive skin!

I have used the Glossier Dot Balms for years now, and I am still in love with them! They are so moisturising and smell amazing 🫶🏼

I actually like the new applicator, it definitely makes it easier for users. However, I will always love the original look, so sleek and simple!

I have been using the Glossier you perfume for over a year and people never get sick of it. It smells insanely good!! I get stopped all the time from people telling me I smell so good!

Their Boy Brow has been my go-to for years. Makes my brows look fuller without feeling goopy & super easy to use. Love that they are FINALLY in Sephora to make it easier to purchase new ones!
