I ordered a gold bracelet Dec 9th and it was supposed to be delivered in a couple days to get here at the latest Dec 18th for Christmas. I just shipped at the ends of last week and still won’t be here until the 29th. You can’t trust this store.

Gldn creates the cutest pieces. I have several of their 14k gold filled necklaces and rings and they have held up beautifully for years. They are my go-to pieces for every day wear and make great gifts as well! Their customer service was quick and helpful when I needed it.

GLDN has such a cute range of items- high quality materials AND they donate 10% of their profits. It's a company that I don't feel bad purchasing from. I do wish their free shipping option was a bit lower- that would incentive more recurring shopping on my end, personally. Most of the items are priced very reasonably. I feel like there is something here for everybody!

GLDN is such a great company to purchase jewelry from. I've purchased several necklaces and earrings, and always love them. Their designs are absolutely gorgeous, and their jewelry is also high quality and durable. I wear GLDN items everyday. I particularly love the company's mission and sustainability practices.

These products are poorly made. Went through 3 chains after all organically broke during everyday wear. Returned the product and was not given a full refund because “the price of gold increased”. The customer service, while kind, is a joke and no way to run a business. I will never support this business again.

Also surprised I hadn't reviewed them yet. I bought a bunch of necklaces from GLDN for my wedding 1.5 years ago as a thank you to close friends and family and everyone loved them. Then I purchased some for birthday gifts and they were also once again a hit. Recently I purchased a mystery box for myself and LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!! Will definitely continue to buy!

I first purchased from GLDN via Etsy. The ring (Aurora Bar Ring) arrived safely without any issues, damages, or defects. It was the perfect personalized ring to remember my dad <3 I then purchased a second personalized ring (Rhone Band) directly through their website this time, and again the same experience: no issues, standard shipping (i.e. no delays, nothing missing, etc.), and the piece is perfect. Both times they were packaged nicely inside a cute little box and came with a mini polishing cloth and a small handwritten note. And even though I purchased rings both times, they also included a paperclip to help you attach your bracelet; I did not need it but hey I got to use that paperclip for work! haha

I’ve bought a few things from GLDN for my wife. They always arrive on time (even around holidays) and have great packaging options. The pieces have been wonderful, especially at the price point. I’d definitely recommend.
