Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

I've purchased ghia original and spritz for myself and others as a gift.

Fantastic packaging and presentation, which is why I like to gift ghia. Customer service is fantastic. But, it's a challenging beverage. It's NA, but I can only drink it if I mixed with mezcal or other beverages. Everything is wonderful except for the actual liquid.
I am a sucker for beautiful packaging and wow. that bottle?! The aperitif is real bitter, but thats the point. I like to mix in sweeter things like juice and tonic. The spritz though! So yummy. Still has that nice floral, botanical palette. Makes me feel like I'm on vacation is Positano.
Innovative product and tastes good. I was left wanting to try other flavors.
Feedback
Not quite as potent or similar to alcohol as other alternatives.
Great liquid!

Unit economics are bad/unfair. Finish a bottle in a few pours.

Simply wow. Ghia lives up to it's quite lofty and rising reputation. Summer afternoons in a can, the perfect addition to any meal or plenty delicious on it's own — a repeat customer for life.
I've had the spritzes several times and I absolutely love them. Negronis are my favorite cocktail but my ability to drink has gone out the window. Ghia delivers on that experience and flavor profile without the burden of booze. They're a regular in my fridge now.

More availability in stores near me.
I am on a hunt for the best non-alcoholic beverages to keep in my fridge at all times. While I love the idea of Ghia (amazing bottle, beautiful branding, inspiring Instagram, great female founder) I personally don't love the taste. I wish the Aperitif had stronger flavor, and I wish the Spritz was more sparkly. I am obsessed with the bottle though, and I have turned it into the most beautiful olive oil canister of my dreams. It's perfect on the kitchen counter (and I've used other old Ghias as water bottles).

I'd prefer a punchier flavor and more sparkly can of spritz.

Ghia Ginger it’s very floral botanical notes, it’s more bitter but tastes like a cleaner citrusy palette where as Ghia (normal?) is more muted and has a herbascious taste to it.
I loved the canned Spritz! The flavor was great and I didn’t miss the alcohol; unlike many other alcohol free substitutes, this one was flavorful and not too sweet. A few people at the party asked what I was drinking and were excited to try! I also think these would make a great mixer if you wanted to add a little bit of alcohol to the drink.
tastes lovely with tonic water, and love a female-founded company!
Love the unboxing, and great coasters to keep. The bottles are beautiful, and it's a nice bitter mixer for seltzer to spruce up your night when not drinking.
Love the branding and packaging so much.

It's best mixed with alcohol but I don't know if that's my problem or theirs.

Am obsessed with Ghia. I have tried about 15-20 non-alcoholic options and most just do a really bad job of trying to mimic the original (eg a non-alcoholic gin or whiskey). This is completely unique. It's herbaceous and totally original. I love it with sparkling water, fresh lime. Sip it and feels like a real cocktail (not sweet). Have also had it on subscription for quite a few months. Great packaging too. Keen to try berry.

I'm drinking less these days so I'm always on the lookout for mocktail options. I tried GHIA a few years ago, starting with their Ghia Aperitif and Ghia original spritz. The original spritz is my absolute favorite. It's juicy with a bitters- like flavor that makes me feel like I'm sipping on a very complex and delicious cocktail. I also feel like whatever the adaptogens they put in the spritz give me a mild and happy high, which is such a treat, without the alcohol. The packaging and branding is gorgeous and I always feel so fancy when I drink it. LOVE this company.

The only problem with buying a big bottle of Ghia is that I have to use all my self-restraint to stop myself from drinking the whole thing within a couple of days. There's something about the complex, bitter, but well-rounded flavor that I just can't get enough of. And I love the way the packaging looks on my bar before it's opened. My favorite flavor now, though, is the Lime & Salt... it's probably for the best it isn't offered in a larger size! I would say the downside is the price; in my supermarket, the small cans go for over $5 apiece, so it's more of a rare treat.

Branding is nice but I found the actual taste to be just okay. Bought once and would not buy again

I don't drink alcohol but I love a beverage. Ghia's products are beautifully made and taste great. I loved the canned drinks by themselves and used the aperitif as a mixer in other cocktails. I am working on curating a "bar cart" for myself and think this will make a great addition. I want to gift this to all my friends.

The spritzes are easy and perfect to bring to a picnic, to the beach, love it on the go. They have recipes for their original and berry aperitifs and love trying them all. Nothing is too sweet and love how they take feedback from their customers pre launch.

I love the story behind the brand and actually got to test the product during a food tradeshow before I started seeing them everywhere! I love to see how much they’ve been able to grow, but I’m not too into the product itself. The taste just isn’t for me and the times I’ve tried to make some cocktails with it I just didn’t enjoy them as much.

Ghia is my go-to for a sophisticated n/a beverage. I'm obsessed with the Lime & Salt Le Spritz, and I love gifting these cute little cans to friends! Cheers to a delightful and alcohol-free option! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
