Ghia's non-alcoholic aperitif has a bold, herbal flavor with notes of yuzu and elderflower. It’s a sophisticated alternative to alcohol, but the bitter taste might not be for everyone. At $38 a bottle, it’s a bit pricey, especially if you’re unsure about the flavor. Great for those who enjoy complex drinks, but may not be a hit for everyone.
