Their clothing is not of great quality, but their customer service is even worse. After placing my order in March I received my order in late may. The clothing looked bad and did not fit. I have been emailing and leaving messages on Facebook and Instagram to request a return for about 2 weeks now and I have not heard any response. Additionally, I never received an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation email. I only received the email from PayPal regarding the payment transaction. Don't order from this place.

Made two orders on gentle herd website, with big discount codes advertised to me heavily on Instagram. Quality is quite good for it's price, I wear them for WFH on a daily basis. Some pants have tight waistbands (I wear S) but overall I like the products.

I ordered the items on 1/31. No movement since 2/3/24. Ive sent them 2 emails with no response. They dont have a phone number. I guess i am sol out of 94$. Any suggestions?

This website is a scam. The jacket looks nothing like this, took about 2 months to arrive and the sleeves are insanely short. Such a bad decision.

On March 27 I ordered from that site 3 pants. Sizes came larger then usual, fot bot as depicted in the photos, and 1 item was missing. When i enquired about the third item they said not in stock but we will send it soon. It has been 1 month and 2 days and it is not delivered yet. Scam company will never buy from them again

Not a good experience. Customer service is email only with 3 days before a reply . Shipping cost to me was 15.00 dollars but much more expensive to return on your own ( they don’t provide a label) you have to take a picture of item being returned , tracking number and postage receipt. A real production. A back order blouse was delayed almost 2 1/2 months . When it finally came it was too large . They suggested I re-order and return the first one . Unfortunately the sale was off , the blouse was 30 percent more & shipping was over 30.00 dollars if I returned it . I decided to keep the blouse and have it altered . I won’t be purchasing again from gentleherd .

I don't usually write reviews on clothing because there usually is a way to return what you don't like with the cost of shipping. I purchased a dress off Gentle Herd assuming that if I didn't like it I there would be a easy way to return it. After paying $15 for postage to get the item, I didn't get packing list or a return label. The dress was of poor quality material and poorly made. I don't even think I got the right dress. To return it and get a refund, I would need to pay $15 (or more) to ship it back in time to get a refund. You have 28 days to return items to Gentle Herd. I will NEVER buy anything from Gentle Herd again. There are so many other better options out there for buying sustainable clothing and have a better overall experience.

Service is terrible. I never received my order and was told to contact the carrier myself. Couldn't say about the quality of the product because I never got the chance to know anything about it. Lots of back and forth of circular conversations that led me nowhere but to SOLville. Boo on you!!

Sent emails, did everything i was told online to get my order returned with no contact back from Gentle Herd. Make sure what you buy fits you because you will not be able to return it !!!
