I have been trying to resolve a return issue now for over a week. The emails I am getting back from furryking are requesting $10 to process an exchange (measured carefully and jacket was way too small). I am not interested in an exchange but have made it clear this is a return and to let me know where I need to send the return so I can get refunded. I am not getting any response or clarification - 5 email exchanges going in circles. This is frustrating and unprofessional and unethical — I would not recommend this company because of this. Buyer beware.

Product looks great but didn’t fit my dog. I have been exchanging emails with the company for almost a month now and, despite their really kind messages and promise to ensure customer satisfaction, they seem to be completely stalling me. I received a message with a commitment for a larger jacket, then a suggestion of a refund and clarification tgey don’t have larger sizes, then a request for photos of my dog wearing a jacket and her measurements, then everything again as of the previous emails were ignored. Really frustrating.

Horrible quality, the zipper broke after 4 months of occaisonal use. You might want to think twice about purchasing this product. Their customer service is worhless and they will not replace my useless purchase. Dont buy you will be very dissapoointed.
