I have been trying to resolve a return issue now for over a week. The emails I am getting back from furryking are requesting $10 to process an exchange (measured carefully and jacket was way too small). I am not interested in an exchange but have made it clear this is a return and to let me know where I need to send the return so I can get refunded. I am not getting any response or clarification - 5 email exchanges going in circles. This is frustrating and unprofessional and unethical — I would not recommend this company because of this. Buyer beware.
