  • I really wanted to love this, but I think as you age, we need to accept there are no miracles. It is highly concentrated. If you make sure you have water or spray a toner (or whatever) it goes a long way. However, their testimonies cannot be true. Magically necks and eyes are wrinkle free and lifted. Any GOOD product will temporarily make a difference. I will use what I have (second purchase) but will not buy again.

  • I was definitely allergic. I had to go to the doctor and get a steroid cream to clear up all the irritation. It was awful. I have never had a product do that before. Never! Threw it all in the trash.

  • This is for the wrinkle eraser night balm Insane glow day balm Face cleansing scrub These products did not do anything at all for my skin. If anything, after stopping my old routine and starting this one - the cleansing scrub, glow day balm and wrinkle eraser night balm - my skin looked worse than ever. Dehydrated and more fine lines. The scrub and wrinkle eraser balm are sooo gritty and made my skin sore. Whilst I understand that they won't work for everyone, after I didn't manage to cancel the subscription of the wrinkle balm and I was notified that it was paid for and in transit - I emailed expressing this and asked if they would accept a return of the unopened and sealed product. I was told no, they don't accept returns! I think this is really bad business and in this economy when we are struggling to get by now I have an expensive product that there's no point in even using. Be very careful. This company use strong marketing tactics to draw you in and won't even accept a fair return when a product hasn't worked for you. When I commented on their Instagram, I had replies stating that they delete all negative comments! This to me is shady and not what's id expect from any brand, let alone an expensive one, with such claims! Very unhappy with this interaction!

  • I've been using the complete system for mature skin for almost a year and I really like the results. I don't have particularly sensitive skin and my skin loves these products more than anything I've used. My favorites are the night balm and day balm and I do use the under eye balm daily as well. Occasionally I use the balm for acne and I use the joint and muscle healing balm from time to time. I've only used the face scrub a handful of times as it's not particularly easy to use and I don't use face cleansers much to begin with anyway. The major MAJOR downside is how difficult it is to order without signing up for a subscription. I know subscription services were all the rage a few years back, but companies need to adjust for the times and make it both easier and more appealing to purchase products and pay as you go. As much as I love these products and would keep buying them indefinitely, I will likely look for a different brand that isn't as heavy on the subscription service.

  • Complete scam. They will not refund you even if you have a reaction like I did. They force you to use the product for 60 days if you want your “money back guarantee” which is a joke. If you’re very fair your skin will look orange with the day balm no matter how little you use. Very fraudulent company buyer beware. I would Never recommend this company to any one, they are dishonest

  • After some reading, I decided to give this brand a try. Ultimately, I wanted a more simplified skin care routine with something that didn’t contain lots of junk. I’m late 40s, pale skin, get hormonal acne on chin and nose and my skin reacts to changes in humidity a little too easily. I went with the mature skin set which comes with an eye balm, day balm, night balm and a face scrub. All three balms are quite yellow. The eye balm requires very little - I have major bags as well. For the two face balms, if you’re pale like me, start with a little, rub it in and add more if needed. The face scrub is really messy to use and you can’t take the container in the shower. It seems to work alright. I’ve been using for 30 days and it’s exactly okay so far. I find that my cheekbones aren’t getting moisturized enough so I put a bit of Nivea Crème to help. I’m going to go the full 60 days to see but so far I’m not wowed.

  • I'm 50, with pale cold-tones skin and mahogany red hair. I have to say that I have very few wrinkles (lucky one), but delicate skin prone to breakouts and quite dry since I went into perimenopause. I ordered the Complete System for Mature Women and the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm and received them in 1 month: I had to wait quite a long time before my order was shipped, as the product was not available, and I would have loved to know about the unavailability before placing the order, and not just afterwards. My tracking code was sent the very day I received the package, and this can be widely improved, too, in terms of Guest Relations. The Anti Age and Insane Glow day balm is soft and nice, a bit too yellowish in color in my opinion, even when using very little of it, but the yellow tint fades away slightly after the first 1-2 hours and becomes more natural on my skin. I had red areas and they nearly immediately started fading, even in half a day, which made me think the product was amazing. I might need to refresh it during the day, however, as it is less moisturizing than my usual serum + cream routine. The Hyper Potent Dark Circle and Bag Eye Treatment was something I placed a lot of hope in, while up until now I haven't seen much difference from my previous eye creams. My computer-fatigued eyes still have bags and they don't seem to improve at the moment. I am giving it some more time before deciding whether to confirm the subscription or not. The Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm is very nice. Somehow sticky, so you need to use it well in advance to going to bed, but it hydrates a lot and leaves the skin soft and regenerated. I loved the Ultra Cleanse and Revive Face scrub: it's delicate and easy to use, in a practical jar with holes on the top, and leaves the skin soft and smooth. My flop buy is perhaps the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm: nearly no result at all, but it might be that I had high expectations, since their website nearly promised a miracle. As an overall, no breakouts, no allergies, and a good quality that matches the mid-to-premium pricing, at least on the EU market. Guest Help is nice and accountable, ready to answer, but the e-commerce area needs some communication improvement so that the customer feels safe and has realistic expectations on timings and deliveries. I would love to know more about sustainability pledge, and where the products are manufactured, because the brand claims to be from Northern Europe, while the site clearly states it is based in Texas, USA.

  • Froya’s Guarantee Is a Scam – No Refund for Allergic Reaction! WARNING: AVOID THIS COMPANY! After using Froya's 'Mature' skincare line exactly as directed for just two days, I developed hives—red, blotchy, and unbearably itchy. I immediately stopped using the products and was able to heal my skin with a combination of topical antihistamine and a jojoba/manuka/vitamin E oil blend. However, when I contacted Froya for a refund, they claimed I must have taken ‘before and after’ pictures to prove my reaction or continued using the product for 60 days—even though it was causing an allergic reaction! After multiple emails, Froya refuses to refund my purchase. Their ‘Guarantee’ does not cover allergic reactions, and they clearly do not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM FROYA!
