Terriable quality And even worst custumer assistant department

I loved the branding and product pictures but returned all of my order due to a lack of quality and fit. The sizes run small, the cashmere was very lightweight and woven loosely and it was made in China quality.

Their assortment is really wide and I like the designs. Ordered a cashmere turtleneck and I'm happy so far, although expected the yarn to be a bit heavier. Satisfied with their price/quality ratio. From Future's transparency aspect is great.
