Fresh Sends reviews and discussion

My girlfriend ordered a box for me and it never came! When we emailed the email address on the website they said the window has passed and they couldn't help us. But they never sent us any notifications that there was an issue with the order. If they had an issue why didn't they let us know? I think to avoid the two-day refund window. Was expecting a nice valentines day surprise but left feeling very unhappy.

Got these as a gift and what a lovely way to receive flowers. The packaging is so cute it hurt me to throw it out. The flowers were gorgeous and so was the card inside.

Great customer service and quick responses. What a breath of fresh air this team is! Fresh sends is my go-to for birthdays, holidays, and anniversary gifts. They never disappoint!

Super easy selection and checkout process. No huff and fuss about picking the "right" or "perfect" bouquet, their website demonstrates the variety and beauty of their selections which made it easy to trust that they would select a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I love their selection of gift cards that we can include a customized note in and their options for delivery. My friend raved at the beautiful box packaging, almost more than the bouquet itself. I do think it's a bit overpriced given other available options, however, it's worth the spend supporting a small business that has a great product and loveable branding. I may not use them all the time but I will use them again.

I really love this site! I also love how fast they can deliver. I just wish the prices weren’t so high. I would order all the time because it’s so convenient to send flowers to friends out of state. But otherwise, love this idea!

Ordered by 9:00am on Monday for earliest delivery. Flowers did not arrive until Thursday despite paying for overnight shipping. The flowers shipped from Colorado to Michigan in the summer heat. The crunched and dirty box was left on the doorstep. Needless to say, the flowers were dead. I left an email and requested a refund. There has been no response from Fresh Sends. Do not use this company. They did not deliver on their guarantee for "fresh floral arrangements".

Given Fresh Sends as a gift many times and it never disappoints. Super happy with the product + delivery! Will continue to purchase and gift!

Flowers were beautiful. Love the packaging and made my woman feel special. Only thing I would ask is if they can do a 100 Rose bouquet.

11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x

I had an issue with the shipping address on an order and reached out to the team to assist in getting this resolved. They replied quickly and were super kind and helpful! We resolved the issue swiftly and painlessly which was very refreshing! I really appreciated their support and like their brand even more now for their care in handling my case. :)

Excellent customer service and follow through with orders!

I have been buying from Fresh Sends for all birthday, get wells, and thank yous. At first it was great - BUT my past 3 orders have come in late, and were instantly thrown out because of mold, bugs, or just from being baked in the sun for a little too long. Not sure how much I would recommend this company, def get it delivered in the middle of the week instead of Friday/Monday's so the flowers don't get stuck at a FedEx location all weekend.

I have used Fresh Sends on a few different occasions, and I am pleased and received compliments about the beautiful arrangements every time. Placing an order online is super quick and easy, and their customer service is very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. On my most recent order with Fresh Sends, unfortunately, my friend did not find her flowers for days and they were welted and dead by the time she opened the box. Fresh Sends shipped out a new order immediately even though it was not their fault! I will definitely continue to send flower arrangements with Fresh Sends!

I have used Fresh Sends multiple times & each time the flowers always look great. I purchased a bouquet for Mothers Day and FedEx misplaced them. I contacted Fresh Sends, and they were very timely in their response & offered to send another bouquet even though FedEx was at fault. Great product & customer service. Highly recommend!

Worst company ever. They do not send the flowers on time, which is the whole point of the business. A complete and utter scam that will take your money and run. Do not trust this company under any circumstances.
