    Trusted that it WOULD accommodate all of my professional needs, including the block for my 16in laptop, it does NOT! Their video and description online failed to convey; it will not accommodate your laptop block with all of your other essentials. Not everyone has the luxury of using a company’s electrical blocks at work. Most places now require you to use different cubicles or open areas. Sent an email to the owner about my HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT with this bag, as of yet, NO RESPONSE! COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME 😡! SO NOW I HAVE AN EXPENSIVE HANDBAG THAT I CANNOT USE AND THAT I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I invested a lot of time and money to find the perfect business tote and Jen Lei completely let me down! I will never purchase anything from her and her company ever again! Sandra V.

    I've had this bag for 2 years and the leather has lasted well. I do think for the price there should be feet to help protect the bottom of the bag. Additionally, it doesn't hold THAT much stuff and when I put my 13' laptop in I can't buckle the medal tab. I have to know I will only be carrying minimal items when I use this bag for the day. I have gotten many compliments on it though

    Snagged the Paloma on Black Friday a few years ago and it is now my go-to work bag and it’s honestly been great. It fits my 16" MacBook Pro with no problem, and the quality is nice — feels really well made and looks polished without being flashy. It does get a little heavy when it’s fully packed, but the structure holds up and all the interior pockets make it easy to stay organized. I really appreciate the design details — it’s functional, clean, and just works for my day-to-day.

    I got the Paloma bag in Taupe from Freja and though it has only been a week, this bag is my absolute love! It is so well thought of. Super spacious, very chic, broad straps and it even has a space for a water bottle such that the shape of the bag doesn't get altered. By itself the bag doesn't have a lot of weight, which was also such a massive plus point for me! Packaging was excellent and the bag comes with its own original dustbag. You can tell it was packaged with care. The price is definitely on the steep side but so far it feels like a darn good investment. Hopefully, it stays so.
