This was such a beautiful and memorable present for my parents. They absolutely loved it and have been reading it for days. I’ll never forgot their faces and the gasps they made when they saw how many people had written about them! This was the perfect present to celebrate 25 years.

I can't recommend this product enough. I was hesitant that gathering all of the submissions was going to be a chore but I WAS WRONG. Fondfolio made the process incredibly easy, and the payoff of this gift was as valuable to me as it was to the recipient. The process was lovely start to finish. Fiona worked with me to ensure the book arrived in time, and was incredibly helpful and communicative. The book is beautiful down to the last detail: the tasteful cover design, the quality of the paper and binding thread, the thoughtful card that arrived with it, and the beautiful scarf it was wrapped in. I have never received better customer service! We had a small mailing hiccup with my order (which was a result of the post office, not an error of Fondfolio or Fiona), but through it all, Fiona was beyond responsive and patient to ensure I received my order. I had complete confidence that it would arrive because Fiona was the utmost professional. When it did arrive I was amazed at the beauty, care, and attention to detail that went into the book. The cover itself is a work of art, and I cannot wait to gift it. Thank you, Fiona, for your kindness and artistry! First of all, this book's quality and individuality is remarkable - it's incredibly well made, stunning in design, and truly feels special and one of a kind (because it is!). I bought this for my wife's 40th birthday as I really wanted to get something unique for her vs. something that she could by for herself and also something that really celebrates her, the life that she's built and the people she has impacted. The paper quality and wood cover with etching are beautiful. She also wrapped the book in a silk scarf so it was ready to give as a gift! Secondly, the experience working with Fiona was both delightful and easy. The prompts she has put together that can seamless shared with friends/family to respond to were so unique and really got some thoughtful perspectives from folks to share (as opposed to a blank page / cold start where people would then just write happy birthday!). The whole process was easy in fact at she has templates etc so it is very easy to email to whoever you choose to contribute and then she does the rest! Fiona also took some time to really think about the unique elements that she could add for the etching given what I shared with her about my wife. WELL worth the money. I also want to share the people I asked to contribute to the book literally ALL did and many were so excited by the ideal. What really stood out to me though was when I gave my wife the book on the night of her birthday, she was a bit speechless and just so consumed by it and read it all in one sitting. I know it was very meaningful and touched it in many ways.

This was the perfect gift for my extremely homesick fiance. It allowed me to create such a meaningful and comforting reminder that she has so many caring people in her life, and I know she'll treasure it forever. Fiona was so helpful and accommodating in making sure all of my questions and concerns were covered, and the custom cover artwork is absolutely beautiful. Her rationale for the design is also incredibly touching and made the whole piece even more special. I couldn't have asked for a better gift and would have no hesitation in recommending a Fondfolio to anyone who is looking for something that will be admired for a lifetime.

After a long search for the perfect Chairman’s retirement gift, we discovered Fondfolio through a Google search – and thank goodness we did. It turned out to be the most perfect choice. Fiona was highly communicative from the very start, adding a beautifully personalised touch with the front cover illustration and guiding us through the process with genuine care. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile (she searched for the correct colour scarf and changed the stitching thread colour to match our brand) made the entire experience effortless. We were in lack of a birthday gift, and I discovered Fondfolio from a friend. The user experience is good: easy to set up and to forward to peers, and then there is a validation process before it all starts. Collaboration was done via email, and Fiona had some nice additions to the design of the logo that was printed. Due to a short deadline, there was a small issue (one entry was duplicated and a different one was missing) with the folio. I communicated back this finding, and Fiona volunteered to re-print and send it free of charge. Great customer support and nice product for close friends. Recommend.

I loved everything about my experience with Fondfolio. Their customer service is awesome and answered all my questions. The process is simple and straightforward, but still allows plenty of customization. And the final product...it's just amazing. The pictures, as gorgeous as they are, don't do these books justice. They are high quality! The prompts they ask your family/friends to complete are great too. They may seem a little unorthodox, but they really get people to open up. It was very moving to see what everyone wrote, and the book wasn't even for me! Well worth the money and the effort.

Through the platform provided, collecting peoples memories was easy and simple. I liked the pre-made templates for sending out the email as well as sending out reminders. Stumbled upon Fondfolio in pursuit of a unique 40th birthday gift for my wife, who loves books. It did not disappoint. Fiona was incredible, responsive, and helpful. And the overall experience was so easy to setup and manage. The website make it easy on you with helpful reminders. But the bulk of the value hits when the recipient opens it. We got stuck in traffic during our trip. So I had my wife open it while we were stuck in said traffic, and she spent the next couple of hours going through everything, completely moved. What a great gift and moment in time – best antidote to bad traffic I've come across. :)
