If you’re already eating a balanced diet, you don’t need these bars. I wanted to try them because I was convinced I wasn’t getting enough fiber but after a few weeks of reflection, I realize I’m probably doing just fine without Floura bars. Track your fiber intake for a week before committing. I’ve seen a lot of their ads marketed towards people on GLPs and yes, if you have delayed gastric emptying because of a medication, these might be helpful. But if you’re on GLPs and not being intentional about lifestyle changes, aka NOT already trying to work fiber into your diet and NOT eating enough, talk to a dietician first. The price point is pretty high but it’s a lot of fiber (roughly 5g per dollar lol) so if you hate beans, oatmeal, gummy supplements, and foods with nutritional content, you might benefit from these. If you buy them, ease into it. I’ve been only eating half per day but again, my baseline is pretty good. If you go from eating like no fiber to a whole bar in one day, Godspeed.

  • I LOVE these bars! In my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, my doctor told me to start prioritizing fiber now & post partum. I bought the variety pack, and have been so pleasantly surprised. They don't have the mealy texture of most fiber bars - more like a softer RX bar - and the flavors are bright and punchy. Often you see flavors like 'Raspberry Rose' and just expect it to...taste like raspberry...but the Floura team did a great job of making sure the more subtle flavors also come through, which is delightful! The only flavor I don't like is the Mango Cardamom, but honestly would keep purchasing the pack given I like all the others.

  • I was a loyal subscriber for over a year and loved the original FiberCrush Bar. My recent auto-shipment arrived as the rebranded “Daily Fiber Bar” and it was immediately obvious something was wrong. The shape, texture, and taste were all different. After comparing the two boxes side by side, the formula changed significantly. The bar is now smaller (50g down to 45g), higher in calories (140 up to 160), and key ingredients like apple paste, chicory root inulin, cassava root syrup, and rice bran oil were replaced with vegetable glycerine, agave inulin, blue agave syrup, and coconut oil. The mouthfeel and taste are noticeably worse. To their credit, when I reached out with the evidence, Floura confirmed the reformulation and took care of the issue. However, subscribers were never notified of the change. If you loved the original, know that this is a different product.

  • These are pretty good! They are great for hitting your fiber goals, if thats something you're looking to do. Not sure i would buy them again, but they're good if you're in a pinch and want something pretty healthy.

  • I love the packaging of this product. It looks cool and made me want to try the bars. I like that there are a variety of flavors. I would say that a lot of the bars are made from very ripe fruit so they smell strongly but the flavor is not overwhelming. I also appreciate the chia, puffed quinoa and nuts because they keep the bars from having only one texture. Most people aren’t getting enough fiber so these bars are a good, shelf-stable option for helping you to reach your fiber goals. My one critique is that I couldn’t taste the rooibos in the vanilla rooibos bar.

  • I’ve been looking for a substitute for fruit when I don’t find the seasonal fruit enticing or anything else that is affordable. I like that the bars provide prebiotic fiber, the texture from the nuts, and the upcycled ingredients. So far the Raspberry Rose is my favorite variety.

  • I was quite surprised by how tasty and satisfying these are! I kind of expected them to be passable in the name of "healthy, high-quality snack," but they were great in their own rite. I tried the brambleberry lavender and was worried the lavender would be off-putting, but it's super subtle.

  • I absolutely love these. The flavors are slightly elevated but nothing is over powering. Packaging can come a bit destroyed but the bars are always intact and ready to eat. They are softer, so I keep mine in the fridge to grab and go.

  • These are Larabars that went to RISD. You're eating fruit smushed together. It's good; I like Larabars. But there's nothing new or special about Floura besides a mildly bougie flavor profile. (Not that I could actually taste the Rooibos...) They are not going to blow your mind, but they are pleasant and will look good sitting on your kitchen counter.

  • I purchased a box of Superbites Flavors Discovery Set, and they were delicious. The bars are high in fiber, plant based, gluten free, dairy free, contain no preservatives and no refined sugars. I saw an add on FB and because Floura & Co was founded by Jeni Britton of Jeni's Ice Cream, I decided to try them. I am so glad that I did!
