I have been using filterbaby for about a little over a year now. I had issues with my first Gen filter, but customer service helped me out and replaced it free of charge. I upgraded to the 2.0 filter and I am loving the bright color as well as the efficiency of it compared to the first Gen.

FilterBaby is really amazing. It filters out a lot of chemicals in my water. When I removed the aerator from my faucet, I saw a lot of gunk and I wasn't even aware! There are also those white mineral build-ups and Im pretty sure its causing my skin to be very sensitive! My faucet is pretty standard and I was able to take it off using my hands. I have two faucets but the other faucet I was having trouble removing the aerator so I had help from maintenance guy from our rental property. We were able to install with the help of customer service team!

Best purchase I could make for a simple way to improve my skincare. The filtered water feels great and the water spout has good pressure. The 2.0 filter is worth it!

I’ve been using filter baby for 5 months now and it feels amazing! It was a little challenging to install at first but after that it was easy. The filter pad was dirty when I changed the filter which means it works! I feel more confidence using water filtered now :)

Filters only last 2-3 weeks in New York City before it was so clogged the water was just dribbling out. They wanted me to pay $30/month to switch out the filter every month. Then they wouldn’t let me return it without a restocking fee. Just get a shower filter from Jolie.

Best purchase I've made in a long time! The Filterbaby water faucet saved my skin in less than a month. Not only did it get rid of my acne, but my facial skin feels smooth and healthy all over. If I could give negative stars I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THIS COMPANY LIES! ALL THEY WANT IS THE MONEY. THEY WOULD RATHER DO ANYTHING BUT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I have been fighting with them for my money back on their shitty product for the past year and a half. UNBELIEVABLE THE LENGTHS THIS COMPANY WILL GO THROUGH TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!

The website says 100% Money Back Guarantee AND Try 60 Days Risk Free. Bit when I tried to return it, they charged me a $7.50 restocking fee. It does say this if you click on the very small Refund Policy link at the bottom of the page, but I never clicked on it, wrongly assuming I was not buying it with any "risk". False advertising, buyer beware.

This is the most useless product ever. The product doesn't work at all. If you see the filter, it is basically comprised of a ball of thread wrapped around itself and somehow the company claima that it is able to filter the pollutants in the water that causes your skin to breakout. I doubt whether the other reviews are a placebo because it definitely did not work for me and the mechanism of filtration on this product isnt complex enough to filter the micropollutants in the hard water that cause you to breakout. Save your money!

The faucet filter broke when i tried to set it up. Maybe just defect, will return it.

Overall my skin improved but i didn't see the incredible before/after effect that i saw on their website

None of the adaptors they sent fit. When I reached out to them and sent photos of my faucet they said they don’t have any adaptor that will fit (I have a very standard faucet so this is very surprising). Their only solution was to return the item and pay a restocking fee. Why should I have to pay a restocking fee when they guarantee when you buy the product that they will have an adaptor that fits? So frustrating.

AMAZING PRODUCT! It has done wonders to my skin! Reduced breakouts and dry itchy skin. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

This product may work if you're ever able to install it. I ordered it via the 4th of July promotion. When it arrived a few days later, none of the provided adaptors worked. It took a full month to receive the special extender that was supposedly going to act as a special adaptor for the provided adaptors in the kit. When the special adaptor arrived, it was bent into an oval, which meant it would not fit my round sink. When I reached out to customer service again I was informed that they could reship the special adaptor but it was backordered for at least two weeks. Since it took a month to receive it last time, I declined, and asked for a return. I was then informed if I returned the item, I would have to pay a re-stocking fee which they refused to waive despite the fact that they've never sent me anything that would allow me to use the product.

I stole Filterbaby from my wife's skincare routine... long story short, we have 1 on every faucet now. I really like this because it really helped me get rid of acne and it looks great in our house. I tried everything to stop acne for years and just figured that I couldn't get rid of it. But it is going away and my face is healing now.

The ordering was super easy, although shipping took a bit. I have a 90s apartment and finding the adaptor that fits my faucet was really difficult when I was buying a water filter, etc. FilterBaby came with a pretty good selection of adaptors and I was able to find one that works with some efforts - but what mattered was that there was one that works! I have been using it for the past month and can see that some of my breakouts are clearing out. Very excited to keep using to see what happens.

First I want to rave about this being the first sink filter to actually fit on my sink. Second this thing is amazing!! My skin hasn’t looked better I also wash my hands with the filtered water. I am more than satisfied I have three all through my home!!
