I bought this product and it broke and started leaking within six weeks contacted the company. They didn’t respond until I filed a dispute with my credit card company . The only way to contact them is through email terrible just a complete waste of money. It’s a complete piece of junk. It does not work and their customer service is terrible. They have an F rating a Better Business Bureau for a reason they don’t stand behind their product just like several other stated on here happy for those who had a good experience, but can’t say the same for me Lesson learned don’t buy crap from Instagram reviews

I love the filter and can tell the difference in my skin. The water feels less harsh and was super easy to install. I ended up getting one for my husband too.

I’ve experienced unprecedented benefits since installing my Filterbaby. I had chronic acne and unbelievably dry skin and have tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Now that i wash my face with Filterbaby my skincare products actually work and my skin is no longer inflamed, irritated, and dry.

Installation was a piece of cake. I needed an extra attachment and after contacting customer service, they sent  one out the same day and walked me through installation.

I feel like i'm doing something good for my skin when using this. When I installed the filter I could see lots of gunk and microplastics in the old tap filter... it was gross. Packaged really beautifully and really enjoying it so far.

Easy install. I have been enjoying it while washing my face in the morning. I think it makes a real difference in skin tone and color!! Fits very well in a small sink too. 

I live in New York City where the water quality is best not to be trusted (lol). when I first started washing my face, my skin would get extremely dry and start to get flakey around my nose and chin. After attaching my Filterbaby, I noticed a huge difference in my skin after the FIRST USE. My partner had to help me attach it, but it's super easy to easy every day and I keep mine on the Eco setting, which helps save water!

I got a filter baby about over a month ago now and I can say I definitely love it. I was skeptical at first as I wasn’t sure how my sensitive skin would react, but it’s been great thus far. My acne has gotten way better , my esthetician was even surprised that I stopped getting under the skin acne. My skin feels so smooth and clean when I use the filterbaby and I definitely want to try their shower filter next!!

I got a filterbaby about 1 month ago. They say it fits all sinks but I ended up having to buy an adaptor out of pocket (after they sent me a "universal" adaptor and then I scheduled a video call for help). Not a big deal but somewhat annoying. The actual filter is easy to set up (once you find an adaptor that fits) and I feel like it has made a difference in my skin - but it took me so long to actually attach I haven't had it long enough to see a difference. 

I had a good experience using filterbaby. My breakouts have been reduced

I love this filter, it has greatly helped my skin and it's incredible to see how dirty the water from our homes truly is even if the home has a water filter installed. I can't live without my filter!!!!
