I love this filter, it has greatly helped my skin and it's incredible to see how dirty the water from our homes truly is even if the home has a water filter installed. I can't live without my filter!!!!

I got a filterbaby about 1 month ago. They say it fits all sinks but I ended up having to buy an adaptor out of pocket (after they sent me a "universal" adaptor and then I scheduled a video call for help). Not a big deal but somewhat annoying. The actual filter is easy to set up (once you find an adaptor that fits) and I feel like it has made a difference in my skin - but it took me so long to actually attach I haven't had it long enough to see a difference.

Very good technology, I love that I’m able to see the water as it’s being filtered! Feels very clean and healthier than normal tap water.

Easy install. I have been enjoying it while washing my face in the morning. I think it makes a real difference in skin tone and color!! Fits very well in a small sink too.

I got my Filterbaby about 3 months ago… over all experience I would recommend. It’s too bulky, the pressure sucks, the adapter breaks easily. Hard to keep clean. I tried to get my refund and their customer service team won’t respond. Just horrible.
