I’ve been using the filter for the past 2 months and love it for my hair. I've had issues with thinning and breakage in the past and this ie one more step in my arsenal for my hair health! The installation was super easy, and I love knowing that it’s helping to filter out impurities from my tap water. Before pic was Sept 2024 and After (blonder hair) is June 2025. Huge difference in hair health!

This product was super easy to install because of the QR code that led to video instructions. I was super impressed on how amazing the quality was of the filter. Since using it I feel like my water is so much cleaner and Ive noticed a difference with my face being more hydrated & clear.

You can tell almost immediately that the water feels softer and is so much healthier for your skin, which is great for people with acne-prone or dry skin looking to find a product that helps reduce breakouts and achieve a brighter, more even-toned complexion. My face feels cleaner, softer, and more hydrated than ever. As someone with sensitive and easily irritated skin, I love this product!!

I’ve been wanting to try a sink water filter for my bathroom for a while now, especially because I live in an area with hard water and my skin has always felt tight and dry after washing—no matter what cleanser I use. I came across FilterBaby and was intrigued by how simple the design looked. First of all, installation was incredibly easy. I’m not super handy, but this literally took me under five minutes to attach to my faucet. It came with everything I needed, including adapters, and the instructions were super clear. No tools, no stress—just twist it on and I was good to go. Aesthetically, it’s actually really cute too. The design is clean and minimal, which I appreciate because I’m picky about how things look on my sink. It doesn’t feel bulky or cheap—if anything, it adds a nice, modern touch. Results: after my very first face wash I could feel a difference. My skin didn’t feel stripped or tight like it usually does. It felt smoother and more hydrated—almost like the water was softer or cleaner. I have dry acne prone and extremely sensitive skin. I know it sounds dramatic, but it really made me realize how much the water I’d been using was affecting my skin barrier. I’ve been using it for a few days now and I’m already noticing less redness and irritation. I feel like my skincare products are absorbing better too since my face doesn’t feel like it’s fighting against residue or harsh water. It’s a small switch that makes a big difference. I wish I had gotten this sooner!

I got the filterbaby for Christmas and I usually wash my face with the normal tap water in my apartment. I attached the Filterbaby filer to my sink and I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin. My skin has less breakouts and looks so much better. Amazing product!

FilterBaby manipulates and gaslights customers and is a deceptive, greedy, unethical company. I have been going back and forth with FilterBaby’s customer service team for the last three months. They claim the sink and shower filters lasts three months, but ours lasted only five days. Initially, the water pressure was great, but by the fifth day, it weakened to a trickle. Customer service insisted it was an installation issue, though we followed the simple instructions exactly. You don’t need to be a plumber or a genius to install the filters. After multiple frustrating emails, a live call revealed that NYC's extra-contaminated water was the problem. They later sent an updated sink filter, which worked well for 1.5 months. When I reordered a sink filter refill, I confirmed with customer service that I'd receive the improved version—but they sent the old one instead. It has been two days since the installation of the refill, and the water has been trickling again. When I contacted them again, they blamed installation and asked for more troubleshooting – photos, videos, live calls. The back-and-forth has been exhausting, with no real support or apology. Their response times are slow, and getting a real resolution has been exhausting. Later I discovered that the new and improved filter refill has a different product title from the old one. No one told me this, and I didn’t even see this available on the website. You can only find it by googling the exact product title. We were promised a free replacement for our faulty shower filter refill, which lasted only five days. I even received an email confirming that a new refill was on its way. However, I later discovered that they charged my credit card without my authorization. I was under the clear impression that this would be a courtesy replacement, as confirmed by their customer service rep. Not only did they wrongfully charge me, but they also enrolled me in a subscription without my consent. To make matters worse, their policy requires a minimum two-month commitment before allowing cancellation. This is deceptive, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I brought this issue to the customer service rep I had been in touch with for the last three months and he gaslights me – says I’m confused and that it’s the skincare sink filter refill I subscribed to. I replied with screenshots and the different order numbers to prove to him he’s wrong and I’m not “confused”. It’s never ending with their incompetent customer service team. I wish I checked reviews on TrustPilot and the Shop App before making a purchase. I found a sea of negative reviews detailing similar experiences on TrustPilot, Shop, and Better Business Bureau (they’re ranked an F). On FilterBaby’s website, it’s clear that they curate customer feedback to highlight positive reviews, which I learned is actually against FTC’s guidelines. I ended up purchasing a Jolie shower filter. Stay away from this horrible company.

I’m so happy I decided to try this! Only took 5 min to install. It’s only been a week and I already notice way smoother and plumper looking skin. I can’t wait to see my long term results!

Better quality of water no dry skin or hair and not 100 % on the skin quality because I forgot to take a picture but I had good skin already. But noticed a difference in my hair and skin.

Love the filterbaby 2.0 so very much!! Noticing a great difference in my skin softness and clarity over a month of use. Excited to see how things are going after a few months!! Great product and love the peace of mind it gives me too.

I am so incredibly pleased with this cute little filter that does amazing things - it has taken away any dryness due to the chlorine in our water. It is also very easy to turn on and off. So don't wait to purchase it, get it NOW!!

I've been using FilterBaby Faucet and can see the difference in my skin, specially is not tight anymore, it feels clean. In the morning, I just used water for cleaning. I really recommend as tap water have many chemicals. I love the switch from tap to filter, and the filter last longer. My skin has improved, I had bad acne now it's better, still I'm in my acne battle, but is way worth it for overall health and reducing chemicals.

My new obsession! I have such a clear conscious and ease of mind knowing that that gunk is not on my face. I can see a difference in skin texture and hydration!

I have been using my filterbaby water filter for almost two years now and i can honestly say that I LOVE it. Whenever I do a water change and see the difference between the new filter and the old filter I know I made the right decision for getting it. I feel so much more comfortable knowing I’m using clean filtered water without all those toxins on my skin and in my mouth. I would highly recommend if you are considering it!

Overall Filterbaby filter works great. I can see the skin coloration improvement over the first 2 months. My skin glows and a deep dark spot fades a bit. However, the installation of it into my faucet was not as smoothly as expected. Still a great product!

I got a filter baby about over a month ago now and I can say I definitely love it. I was skeptical at first as I wasn’t sure how my sensitive skin would react, but it’s been great thus far. My acne has gotten way better , my esthetician was even surprised that I stopped getting under the skin acne. My skin feels so smooth and clean when I use the filterbaby and I definitely want to try their shower filter next!!

I live in New York City where the water quality is best not to be trusted (lol). when I first started washing my face, my skin would get extremely dry and start to get flakey around my nose and chin. After attaching my Filterbaby, I noticed a huge difference in my skin after the FIRST USE. My partner had to help me attach it, but it's super easy to easy every day and I keep mine on the Eco setting, which helps save water!

I feel like i'm doing something good for my skin when using this. When I installed the filter I could see lots of gunk and microplastics in the old tap filter... it was gross. Packaged really beautifully and really enjoying it so far.

I’ve experienced unprecedented benefits since installing my Filterbaby. I had chronic acne and unbelievably dry skin and have tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Now that i wash my face with Filterbaby my skincare products actually work and my skin is no longer inflamed, irritated, and dry. Installation was a piece of cake. I needed an extra attachment and after contacting customer service, they sent one out the same day and walked me through installation. Highly recommend going with Filterbaby when making the switch to filtered water, it’s the best decision you’ll make!
