AMAZING PRODUCT! It has done wonders to my skin! Reduced breakouts and dry itchy skin. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

This product may work if you're ever able to install it. I ordered it via the 4th of July promotion. When it arrived a few days later, none of the provided adaptors worked. It took a full month to receive the special extender that was supposedly going to act as a special adaptor for the provided adaptors in the kit. When the special adaptor arrived, it was bent into an oval, which meant it would not fit my round sink. When I reached out to customer service again I was informed that they could reship the special adaptor but it was backordered for at least two weeks. Since it took a month to receive it last time, I declined, and asked for a return. I was then informed if I returned the item, I would have to pay a re-stocking fee which they refused to waive despite the fact that they've never sent me anything that would allow me to use the product.

I stole Filterbaby from my wife's skincare routine... long story short, we have 1 on every faucet now. I really like this because it really helped me get rid of acne and it looks great in our house. I tried everything to stop acne for years and just figured that I couldn't get rid of it. But it is going away and my face is healing now.

The ordering was super easy, although shipping took a bit. I have a 90s apartment and finding the adaptor that fits my faucet was really difficult when I was buying a water filter, etc. FilterBaby came with a pretty good selection of adaptors and I was able to find one that works with some efforts - but what mattered was that there was one that works! I have been using it for the past month and can see that some of my breakouts are clearing out. Very excited to keep using to see what happens.

First I want to rave about this being the first sink filter to actually fit on my sink. Second this thing is amazing!! My skin hasn’t looked better I also wash my hands with the filtered water. I am more than satisfied I have three all through my home!!

I've been using Filterbaby for 5 weeks now and the impact on my skin is noticeable!!! So happy to finally see a light at the end of the tunnel in the breakouts I've been having since moving to California. Also, their customer support has been super helpful because I needed a specific tool to fit the filter in my sink, and they shipped it fast and at no additional cost. Oh, one more thing: the packaging is also useful and beautiful!

Not bad. Makes me feel at ease that I'm not washing my face with harsh hard water not sure if it made a difference or not yet or if it's legit. I use to wash my fave and brush my teeth. My only qualm is the water pressure and the cost of the filter replacements.

I originally purchased this because I noticed redness, bumps and irritation on my chin that just wouldn’t go away. I started to think it was the chlorine in my city water causing it. After just a few days of using this filter it cleared up significantly!! I highly recommend this product especially if you have heavily treated city water.

Yes, its a good filter. But no, it does NOT remove chlorine. My husband is a pool cleaner and he tested the filtered water for chlorine (with his work test kit) and it remains the same. He also told this type of filter cannot remove chlorine because chlorine can only be removed by temperature or reverse osmosis. So sure the filter is good for skin but they're lying about the chlorine.

I like the idea of having this filter on my sink as a way to improve my skin, although I'm not sure I've noticed much of a difference due to the filter itself. My skin has been clearing as I've been trying numerous products, so maybe it is helping! It was easy to install & easy to replace, and I will likely continue using it.

I’ve experienced inching and a very dry skin due to my rosacea and acne, but with Filterbaby, it really helps me and I just can’t think about stop using it. I feel my skin more hydrated and fresh, the inching is almost gone too.

The filter never fit my faucet, while they did try to send me adapters on a few occasions they never worked and they also sent the same adapters over and over again. I was forced to send back my filter, never used, never taken out of the box and I have never received a refund. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and I have never gotten my refund.

I have rosacea and the water where I live is horrible . I have noticed a big difference in my skin since I started using Filter baby. The redness has gone down and my skin isn’t half as dry as before.

I love my filterbaby! The process of putting the filter on was simple due to the extremely detailed instructions that filter baby provided. I feel so much better washing my face in the sink since I know the water is being filtered. I also feel so much better giving my dogs water from the tap now since all the bad stuff is being taken out!

Filterbaby is an immoral unethical company that will make it near impossible to cancel your subscription. After 6 attempts (they make you cancel via email, not on the website. They use this tactic to flood you with better offers, additional options etc to try and get you to change your mind and for every offer/new option email response that you reply to with the answer: “No thank you, I am confirming that I need my subscription cancelled immediately and that I have no interest in any other offers”, they spring another offer/option email on you with a question at the end that they demand a reply answer on before they will cancel your subscription. This ends up extending your cancellation correspondence past at least one additional subscription pay period (in my case I was charged for 2). I eventually had to threaten legal action for them to actually cancel my subscription - which they finally eventually did after being so sneaky and charging me an amount that overdrafted my account and caused huge financial penalties and fees that I would have never incurred if they had respected my original email request to cancel my subscription - rather than stringing me along with repeated email offers that required responses from me and dragged the process out to the amount of $81.98 plus the major overdraft fees and penalties I had to pay from not expecting (due to believing that after 5 emails on my part explicitly stating the cancellation of my subscription, I would no longer have to calculate filterbaby charges into my budget. They are unethically and intentionally trying to scam as much money/charges as possible from you despite your explicit attempts to cancel your subscription. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

terrible customer service. They incentivize you to sign up for auto-replacement which is fine except they don't warn you when the next shipment is coming up. What happened to me is that I had moved across the country.. the second i got the email says "order confirmed on your auto-replacement" i email them to please cancel as I don't live in that state. It took them DAYS to respond and they essentially said "too bad" nothing we will do. Other companies similar to this, have responded immediately canceling my order and refunding me. Very disappointing……..

Noticed a significant difference in acne/skin congestion after only a few weeks of washing my face using Filterbaby. The water also doesn't have that "tap" taste to it anymore. Love it!

Great product! Has done wonders for clearing up my skin.
