I bought this product and it broke and started leaking within six weeks contacted the company. They didn’t respond until I filed a dispute with my credit card company . The only way to contact them is through email terrible just a complete waste of money. It’s a complete piece of junk. It does not work and their customer service is terrible. They have an F rating a Better Business Bureau for a reason they don’t stand behind their product just like several other stated on here happy for those who had a good experience, but can’t say the same for me Lesson learned don’t buy crap from Instagram reviews

I purchased mine in December 2023, since then my acne has cleared up tremendously. I stoped over doing it with skin care products and all I do is cleanse my face morning and night, and use coconut oil and spf for the day. I LOVE MY SKIN AGAIN. :)

I bought the filter on April 30, 2023. In less than 10 months the filter broke last night. I contacted the company expecting they would be able to replace the broken part. It's not under warranty so there is nothing that can be done, they offered me the opportunity to buy their new filter. If the product was good, they wouldn't be offering me something else. Don't spend your money with this company.

This thing really works! When I replaced it after 3 months, the old filter was pretty orange. I've noticed that my skin was very clear, and then around the time that I needed to replace the filter, I started to get some acne again. This tells me that my new acne issues are from moving to a home with hard water. And it also tells me that this filter baby is helping!

This has been an absolute game-changer for my skincare routine! I have experienced stubborn breakouts since I was 13 and never thought I would find a solution that lasted longer than two weeks. After installing my Filterbaby I immediately noticed a difference in water quality and my skin started to clear up within two weeks. I cant imagine using any other water on my skin and am so grateful that a simple solution made the biggest difference!

I am so happy I decided to try out FilterBaby. I was literally trying everything under the sun for my skin, but nothing was working. A close family friend had mentioned that its possible that the water may be contributing to my issues, since I used water everyday, morning and night, to clean my face. When I researched a bit more into it, that's when I found FilterBaby and I decided to take the plunge, and WOW! Worlds difference. My skin is night and day from what it was a few months ago. I've been using Filterbaby for over a year now. Highly recommend, here's why. - Easy to use, creates better habits. As a serial shower face washer, the Filterbaby installed on my sink is a visual reminder to wash my face. It also forces me to use warm water instead of boiling my skin in the shower. This alone has made a huge difference in my skincare routine and my approach. - My water is noticeably "softer". As a midwestern, I'm honestly shocked that water can be so soft. I live in a city that is known for having good tap water. I think my state is #5 on most tap water quality lists. My county is doing a lot of the heavy lifting there. So I wasn't expecting THAT much of a difference. Totally wrong. The water is softer, my skin feels lighter. - Easy to install. I have 2. One was installed right after delivery. For my other sink, I needed to email the customer service team. They matched an adaptor for me and they sent it out pretty quickly. It installed perfectly with that adaptor. No problems since then. - I notice that my skin gets worse when I travel now. Like noticeably worse. I'm considering just taking it with me to travel now. A travel-sized one would be nice. - I use it for my plants and now they are thriving. It is almost like I was killing my plants with chlorine or something. I know this isn't the intended purpose, but huge bonus for me.

I filter everything, this was a great product that I use to wash my face. Had it for 6 months, no problems. Great customer service, fast shipping. Great water pressure. my filter was so dirty when I opened it. it was awestruck to see such dirty filter.

We love our FilterBaby! The filtered water is noticeably softer and leaves our skin feeling amazing! We also use the eco setting when washing our hands and the pressure that comes from that setting is great! I wish I could travel with it!!!

I absolutely love filter baby! I have rosacea and had a flare up when I started using filterbaby! I love knowing that I’m not having the nasty water on my face and I have filtered water helping keeping my face calm!

I was skeptical of this at first I will not lie but WOW. It has exceeded all expectations and then some. My skin is no longer dry and flaky. The small breakouts that I was having have disappeared. I truly could not be happier with the filter baby! I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about it or just looking to get rid of the nasty stuff in the water that we put on our faces. Thank you for making the product easy and effortless to install as well. 5 stars!!! My skin is glowing.

The delivery was super fast! I had a little difficulty attaching the filter onto my faucet but it ended up working out. My skin was having allergic reactions and since using the system, it has definitely calmed down.

Filterbaby was a before and after my face care rutine. I noticed improvements on my skin the day after start using it. I recommend it 100%!

My skin was breaking out extremely after moving to Philadelphia. Turns out the water here is too harsh for my skin. I bought FILTERBABY to replace all the hard water in my apartment and after a month and a half my skin has stopped all active breakouts!! Thank you so much

I’ve been using it for 2 months. I’m enjoying my filter baby. I feel it’s makes my skin less dry and irritated. I feel better knowing my water doesn’t have as many harsh contaminants in it. As well as when I brush my teeth all of this is going into our bodies everyday.m we don’t realize how it affects us.

I love my FilterBaby! I live in a state with the hardest water, I never realized how much it was hurting my skin. Thanks to my FilterBaby my skin has cleared up so much! I’m recommending it to all of my friends and family.

I love the filter baby. However, the customer service is horrible because this company DOES NOT respond to emails and does not seem to have a phone number. Due to the lack of communication with customer service, I would not deal with this company.

I actually haven’t been using tap water to wash my face for months because I knew it was straight up giving me a painful rash around my lips and nose. I’ve been using gallon jugs of distilled water- which was about as inconvenient as it sounds. It helped my skin so much, but I wanted a better solution. Because of that I don’t have before and afters of my face, but I do of my hands. I had been wearing this 14k solid gold ring for a long time before I moved to where I now live, and the water here reacts with it and gives me what looks like a chemical burn if I leave it on too long. I had to stop wearing this deeply sentimental piece, which was the last straw for me. I hoped this filter removed enough of whatever was reacting with it, and it has not disappointed! The rash on my finger was visibly healing the next day, and these pictures are only 6 days apart. My face also has not had any reaction to the water, it feels as pure as the distilled water I had been using. I’m very happy with it!

My skin is no longer dry and acne prone. It’s actually glowing.

I’ve been using this filter for a little over a month and can say that, without a doubt, my skin was clearer within 2 weeks of use. Where I live is known for having relatively clean water but with consistent use of this filter, my skin is noticeably clearer and less dry. Install was easy with the included instructions and adapters. My one complaint is that by week 3, the filter had started having functional issues. The water pressure in eco mode is great, in tap mode its ok but not what it is without the filter on (enough of a difference that my boyfriend is not a fan), and in filter mode it’s absolute trash. It comes out as a slow flow but it is serviceable. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this filter because of the results. At the end of the day, it delivered.
