Fi reviews and discussion
Reviews mention
- Accurate gps tracking performance
- Motivating activity and sleep insights
- Durable, attractive hardware design
- Long-lasting battery life reports
- Bulky, uncomfortable collar fit
- Limited, scratchy band options
- Frequent app upselling prompts
- Connectivity and mapping inconsistencies
Fi earns strong reviews for accurate GPS tracking, robust activity and sleep monitoring, and the peace of mind it provides, indicating the brand works well for many owners. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: the collar can feel bulky—especially on smaller dogs—GPS features require a subscription, app upselling and community features add little value, and several users report connectivity glitches, map inaccuracies, and poor customer service.

We love our Fi collar! It gives us peace of mind to be able to look out for our dog's location. It was also extremely helpful when she was a young puppy to track her sleep habits and her exercise levels. It's amazing value for the price, definitely recommend.
Feedback
The collar itself is a bit bulky. There seem to be a number of third party collar options but they're rather pricey. At times, there are connectivity issues and that can be rather frustrating.
