I bought the Wiley signature set as an engagement gift. It arrived in a beautifully packaged box, but unfortunately, the mailing label was stuck directly onto it. I couldn’t remove the label, rendering the box useless. When I reached out to Everlasting about this issue, they suggested that I should have ordered a gift bag instead. After spending $90 on this gift, I expected them to replace the box. It’s disheartening that a family-owned business doesn’t seem to value customer feedback.
The everlasting candle is stunning, and a showstopper! It looks great anywhere, and guests always ask about it. I tend to like candles that are scented, so this is definitely more for the vibe/aesthetic, but it's super easy to just light a scented candle in conjunction with this. This also makes a really great gift for anyone who is hard to shop for / loves cozy vibes. The whole set was a little pricey, but the materials feel high quality and the fact that the only thing I'll need to replace is the oil makes it a good investment.
