I have the Pod Pro Cover and love it! I sleep hot and use the Pod Pro Cover to cool me down. It works as advertised.

I wish the Eight Sleep team would use more durable materials for the Pod Pro Cover. Two of my prior covers have leaked. Thankfully, the support team has sent me replacements with no questions asked.

The Eight Sleep has completely transformed not only my sleep itself but the way I look at sleep habits. In the ~month that I've been using it I've fallen asleep faster and watched as my sleep metrics (like heart rate and body temperature) improve as I follow the bed's recommendations. It's also great that both sides are cooled/heated independently, so my partner can sleep differently than I do.

Their customer service wasn't phenomenal - I tried asking some questions about best practices and had a really hard time getting answers/help from them.
