PLEASE do not buy a plant from this company. Absolutely horrible. ordered my first plant 5-6 weeks ago, received it 2 weeks later, excited to open it only to find the plant dried out and dead. I contacted the easy plant team (which is also another headache, with AI robots) all I was offered was a replacement or a refund. at the time I thought that was fair. they ordered my another plant and again 2 weeks later received that said plant. Once again, excited to open it, only to be disappointed even more than the first time. they sent me the most poor excuse of a "huge" plant. looks nothing like pictured on their website, stands 12-16 inches shorter than supposed to. I wish I can attach photos. pictured the birds of paradise have several and I mean several leaves. the plant I received only had 5 leaves and one was completely broken, so call it 4-1/2 leaves. and now all they say is "I’d love to make this right for you. I can either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund for the original plant; whichever you prefer. Just let me know what works best for you, and I’ll take care of it right away." sounds like another AI robot with no care. now I have to wait for another 2 plus weeks? just to be disappointed again?

Got the 3 plant set for valentines day. I am able to leave for vacation without coming home to dead plants! I’ve always been good with a plant until it’s time to travel. I just have to make sure these stay filled and make sure they’re getting plenty but not too much sunlight. I haven’t repotted any of mine since they came in several months ago. Will have to report back once I have my hand in changing their homes out.

false advertising. some plants need more than just watering. my kalanchoe plant and money tree plant have many dying leaves. the marble pothos also has leaves dying. i brought 5 plants. if I had to do over I would not have brought any. this is still the first month so maybe these plants will start doing better.

so far, this is a bad experience, watching the leaves on the plants fall off.

easyplant is far from "easy". I ordered a plant with a base/stand on August 31. Shipping is supposed to take 4-11 days. This is already a long time, but I was ok with it. When I check the order status online, the order to this day does not exist. Odd since they charged my credit card immediately. I have reached out to customer service multiple times for updates only to be informed it's coming and to be patient. It was promised to be delivered by 9/16 and it was not. I reached out again to find out what is happening, since the system still says there is no order after 17 days since placing the order. Now a customer service representative is stating they don't have the pot I ordered, which is so frustrating. Why would you charge the customer when you don't have the product in inventory or before you even ship? Very questionable and bad business. Their resolution was to offer 20% off my next order?! Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs...complete waste of time.
This is exactly what you think... very easy to keep your plants alive and healthy.

A little on the pricey side, but nice to give and receive as a gift. My only wish would be to have a repotting kit (which I think they're working on).

It's pretty much as advertised. Nice plants and nice vase with a good watering system. One of mine had fungus gnats that I had to treat for a week or two, but all good now.

I bought a medium size plant and payed a heck of alot of money and it was only 2 inches tall..I would of bought many many many more but this plant is horrible for the amount of money I payed..No way is it worth it..
