As a mouth breather, this is a game-changer when I sleep! When I wear mouth tape I no longer reach for a glass of water in the middle of the night from a parched mouth, and my gums are healthier because I'm breathing through my nose, not my mouth. It's taken some practice, but I've found that breathing through my nose at night has made me a stronger nose-breather during the day, which is definitely giving me more energy.
