Unfortunately it is not for me. Love the texture, the packaging, the confort of the products I used (oil, moisturizers, serums) but I have sensitive skin on the cheeks with rosacea and I did not help reduce it. I think it is a great brand, good formulation, just not for me.

I love that with Drunk Elephant you can always be confident in the formulations that they are clean, biocompatible with skin, and give you results! These products are always innovative and every launch is so exciting!

Would love to see some updates to their basics like turning their lip balm into a little jar like a lip mask, rethinking their cleanser (change branding on tube), and would love to see an essence or toner!

I've used quite a few Drunk Elephant products. My two favorites are the D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops and the Virgin Marula Face Oil. The brand offers great packaging and impressive formulas. Although, as a skincare junkie, there are far better formulations on the market for half the price so you're really paying for the name with these products.

LOVE this brand! My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive but I do occasionally splurge. I also love to use their minis for travel - just because you're away doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your skincare quality! My favorite products are the B-Hydra serum and their Protini moisturizer.

There are a few things I like about this brand - it was one of the first clean/non-toxic skin care products sold on Sephora; it has attention grabbing packaging; and the products sort of work. For the most part, I didn't mind using Drunk Elephant's products, especially didn't mind the travel sized ones. The Vitamin C Serum probably was my favourite. But for the price that I paid at, the products left me without much confidence in the effectiveness. At least, my skin wasn't irritated.

Feedback

I'd make the price point more affordable as the brand is targeting mid 20s-early 30s consumers.

Just here to review the Baby Facial (which I believe is the only product worth the $$$). It does take some time for your skin to get used to it and I absolutely cannot use it in the winter bc my skin is super dry and sensitive in that season. However, in the summer/spring/early fall I wake up with super smooth skin after using it at night. Just a note, I think the Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is an affordable dupe for this if you don't feel like shelling out the big bucks for Baby Facial.

Feedback

I've also tried DE's hydra-intensive serum and vitamin C eye cream and definitely did not think they were worth the price.

Overpriced formulations for "clean" skincare. These are definitely marked up by 60%+ with extremely high margin. I would love to see a DE competitor that comes out with a lower price since the "clean" beauty concept is no longer nascent.

Overall the formulation are pretty common for the price they are charging

Been shopping around for a new moisturizer, and Drunk Elephant's one of the ones I tried and probably one of the favorites. Moisturizer had a pleasant smell, wasn't too thick, and didn't irritate my skin.

Feedback

It's a little bit pricey.

I have used nearly ever item in this product line (outside of haircare) and often recommend it to friends. Standout products include: Baby Facial – this is a face mask that everyone should have in their vault. Their star product as far as I'm concerned. Protini – a great everyday mid-price-point moisturizer (Or the Lala Retro for winter months) Melting Butter Cleanser – if you like an oil based cleanser this is a nice one. Lots of people are fans of the Vit-C serum which is great for the price point, but I still prefer SkinCeuticals. I love that they don't add ANY fragrance or irritating additives. I know it's always safe for my sensitive skin.

Feedback

I don't love their SPF due to the texture and difficulty layering makeup.

I've been using a plethora of DE products for a few years now. Protini Polypeptide Cream has been my go-to for a few years, I've sampled other brands but always find myself reaching for the Protini. I have very combination, acne-prone skin and the Protini has worked well for me in all climates and year round. I also use the Jelly Cleanser, which leaves my skin feeling clean without drying it out. These two products have truly revolutionized my skin. I just started double cleansing, so would like to try their butter cleanser. I've also used the minis and while the TLC, C-firma, and Marula oil are all fun and feel luxurious, I haven't noticed a dramatic enough difference to splurge on their full-sized siblings. Considering the new Resurf lactic acid serum as my next test... would love to know if anyone else has tried this newbie!
