Dr.Jart+ earns strong reviews for genuinely soothing redness and strengthening compromised skin—Cicapair Tiger Grass treatments and Ceramidin moisturizers repeatedly calm rosacea and restore barrier function—while high-quality sheet and rubber masks leave skin plump and hydrated. Reviews also flag drawbacks: thicker, mineral SPF–laden textures can feel heavy, pill, or accentuate dryness; color-correctors skew toward fair tones and may separate; some users experience breakouts or find formulas merely average.

I have tried the colour correcting cream and it really works in minimising the redness on my face and on my acne.

It can be quite drying, and make my skin look flakey which is disappointing. This isn't necessarily the brands fault, but it's also very expensive in Australia compared to other places in the world i.e. Japan or Korea.
Oh, Dr Jart+ Black Label BB Cream. Where have you been all my life? Firstly, it's non-comedogenic. Yup. Makeup that actually won't clog your pores... but it will block the sun from rapidly aging you and deliver serum-level benefits at the same time. I absolutely adore it. This brand also feels like luxury, you know they're doing something right. They're also a lovely price point with fast shipping from their main site.

Could be more inclusive to darker skin tones

I love their products! While on the pricier side, the tiger balm cream has done wonders to my redness
They have really great products and a great way to get into Korean skincare. Highly recommend getting their gift sets during the holiday.

The price is definitely higher than other Korean skincare brands that are just as good and more affordable.
Moisturizers are great! Some of the other products seem really targeted to whiter complexions and wouldn't work on my skin tone.
I have tried the cicapair and a handful of sheet mask. They all are amazing. However, the cicapair tiger cream doesn’t work on darker skin, but it is a Korean brand. I think since it is so popular in the US now, there should be development for this to work on multiple tones.

Make products without white cast
I wish there were an option between 3 stars (just okay) and 4 stars (really great). I feel like Dr Jart sits at 'pretty good.' I feel like the products on the US market are solid, and the viral ones like the cicapair cream do what they need to do in terms of results, but I feel like a lot of this stuff can be found a little cheaper with other K-beauty brands.
Some of the best skincare I’ve used that is of great quality but not crazy expensive. Their Ceramidin line has improved my dry skin barrier so much and their TeaTree line is great for breakouts. Make sure to sign up for email alerts, because they always seem to be having a sale or freebies with purchase.

More clarity on what products are good for which type of skin and how to best use them.

I’m a big fan of the Ceramidin line, as someone with eczema I think it does a really nice job of moisturizing and healing my skin barrier. I’ve tried the Cicapair balm as well but it just didn’t work for my skin.

Would love to see more brand education out in the market
One of my all time absolute favorite brands. I have tried, tested, and retested almost every product in this line. Having incredibly sensitive skin that reacts poorly to most skincare brands, Dr Jart+ is just all around superb for sensitive skin. I cannot recommend this brand enough to anyone with sensitive skin and more so to anyone who doesn’t have sensitive skin.
The ceramidin cream was okay for me. Personally, I just didn't like the texture and smell of it and it didn't work for my skin.
Whenever my skin barrier needs attention Dr. jar is the first brand on my list of products to help with my skin. I love their calming ingredients, their formulation is truly superior. I love their Cicapair line, and their Ceramidin moisturizer is it is honestly the only thing that moisturizes my skin in the winter and doesn’t leave me feeling like there’s a heavy coat to my skin. I also have acne prone skin and I find that their products really work well on my acne.

The Ceramidin cream is not very hydrating and it isn’t suitable for acne prone skin. It clogged my pores even with dry skin.

I cannot say enough good things about the Dr. Jart Ceramidin and Cicapair products. I have very sensitive skin, and these products are a life saver when my skin is flaring up-itchy, red, etc. oftentimes the irritation is gone overnight when I use the products. The thick texture Cicapair cream is especially great to combat winter dryness and irritation and keeps my skin hydrated!
Best lip mask on the market, their sheet masks are also amazing for the skin.

I've used mostly the tiger grass color corrector as well as a handful of the sheet masks and the micro dart pimple patches. I'm always happy with the effects of the skincare and always recommend it to people. The color corrector specifically is so great for a no-makeup some-coverage look. I have sensitive skin and eczema and this never flares it up and probably actually helps it. -1 because it's dang expensive, but the masks are sometimes at TJ Maxx for $1/mask!
I have tested several products from this brand. It’s a reliable brand with great products and ingredients. I am always impressed!

I used their face masks and got an instant glow / pore tightening effect. Great to use on a hectic travel schedule. Quality feels premium.

tik tok convinced me to try their Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 and i loved it! It covered any redness and evened my skin tone. Although if my skin was a little dry, it'd settle and enhance the dry spots.
I tried the Cicapair Color Correcting Treatment and didn’t have a very good experience. I feel like it would be better suited to people who are super oily because even on my combination skin I found it was so drying and made me look flaky. It does help with the redness but the thickness and texture just didn’t work for me at all.
