doublesoul really put my other everyday socks to shame. They're lightly cushioned and breathable, making them a super comfortable sock for daily wear.

Love the fact that everything is made from recycled materials. I'm a huge fan of the look, fit, and feel of the tube socks. However, because of the recycled materials they're made with, there could be some shedding, but overall they're pretty reliable.

The only thing worse than the quality of the socks is the customer service. I placed an order on Dec 15 2024 for 6 pairs of socks and still have not received the entire order. I only received 4 of the 6 pairs. It’s been 7 weeks since I placed the order. All I’ve received from the company is emails from Allison with vague promises that the socks will “ship soon!” or they “are experiencing delays on their end!” I’ve asked multiple times at this point to be refunded for the product that I never received and yesterday they sent me tracking information for an order that isn’t mine as it’s being delivered to a different state than I’m located in. If you want to give your money away for nothing in return, these are the socks for you!

Very nice and comfortable! A lot of designs to go with a variety of different outfits. Will definitely be getting more soon!

I was recommended doublesoul by a friend and thought the designs were so cute and was told the customer service was amazing. I decided to order 7 pairs of socks during the black friday sale. When my order arrived, 5 of the 7 pairs arrived in an incorrect size, and one pair did not arrive at all. The one sock that did arrive in the correct size was poor quality, it started pilling before even being washed. I reached out to customer service asking a refund or to be sent the correct sizes and they offered me a coupon for 3 new pairs of socks. I was a little disappointed as I had 6 incorrect pairs of socks but decided to cut my losses and use the coupon for new socks. A month later the order was not fulfilled. I reached out again to customer service and they said they would send me 3 new pairs of socks, however the socks I had originally wanted were sold out. Instead of going through this again for 3 free pairs of socks I asked for my original order to be refunded and they just replied offering 3 more pairs of socks - I cannot stress enough how I do not want any more socks! It is a shame because I really do think the socks are cute but the customer service has been ridiculous. I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews but I have been so disappointed in this company that I decided to write one. Updated 2/11/25 to say that they reached back out after seeing this reivew and I finally recieved a refund on the socks, which I really appreciated.

I really wanted to like this company. I learned about them through Bekah Martinez, a content creator who promotes sustainable living, and she's very intentional about the brands she partners with. So, I was excited when I saw the Bekah sock collection and bought them as a Christmas gift for my friend. I purchased the socks with the promise they would ship within 3-5 days of ordering. They delivered 2 weeks later, past a reasonable margin of late days and past when I could gift them. Had I known how late they would arrive, I wouldn't have purchased them. The founder, Allison, attributed the issue to the company's warehouse transfer that caused my order to be lost and processing to be delayed, but did not try to make up for the issue. When the order finally shipped, the tracking indicated it would arrive after I'd left town, so I proposed a few alternative shipping solutions. Allison did not consider my suggestions, saying things like "let's just give it one more day" and putting the onus on me to find someone to get into my home once I left town to ship the original order to me.  She eventually did say if there was an issue, she'd send another order, and because there was an issue (lost order + delayed delivery due to their warehouse transfer), she agreed to send the same order directly to my friend who I'd planned to gift the original order to. It's now been over a month since she said she would send the makeup order. Not only has the order still not been sent, but she's made multiple excuses for why she can't send it, and she's stopped responding altogether. I see on this website she replies to other customers who have order issues that she will help resolve their issues over email. Well, I've been a recipient of those same promises, and she's ghosted me. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card since my original order shipped so late that it rendered useless as a Christmas gift, and she still hasn't sent the makeup order. Her customer service lacks professionalism and integrity. I had really high hopes for these socks and company, and sadly, this 7-week back and forth experience leading only to wasted time and my friend never receiving her socks, has been a huge disappointment. Prospective buyers: if you don't experience any order issues, great; if you do, I genuinely wish you the best.  Edit on 2/24: Allison followed up after this review was written, in early February, to confirm the makeup order was sent. I appreciate the follow-through. Added a star because my friend is enjoying her socks. They're a good product; I just wish they'd delivered within the timeframe I'd paid for to be a Christmas gift rather than 2 months later.

Great socks would highly recommend them to anyone who likes comfort and quality. Great fit and good for everyday use or at the gym.

Love how soft and comfy these socks are, can’t get enough. Also love the high quality the material they’re made out of. After multiple washes they still feel brand new! Can’t recommend enough, go get a pair (or 10!)!

I have three pairs of doublesoul socks and they are my favorite socks I own. They are soft, durable, warm, and have went through numerous washes without any changes to the feel or color. Also their emphasis on sustainability is a huge plus. I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for comfortable and stylish socks!

The socks are amazing! They are super soft and very comfortable. I feel like they will last a long time and seem super well made. I like the variety of colors and styles they have. They do seem to be ethically made and use sustainable materials. Definitely going to buy more!

I LOVE doublesoul! Serious the most comfortable socks I own and ordering more. As a busy personal trainer I feel like I’m constantly wearing through socks and these socks hold their value. I can’t recommend them enough, you have to try them for yourself!
