If I could rate this company negative 5 it would be too high. I cannot even review the product because I still haven't received my order that was placed over 2 weeks ago for Christmas gifts. I have reached out to the CEO Allison to be told the order was shipped more than once but when checking the tracking to see the order hasn't even been picked up to be shipped. Now that I have asked for a refund she says they have shipped and are in transit. Of course, right? But hey taking my money was immediate. Thanks again, Allison.

I only received half my order with no explanation as to why and customer service was not the least bit helpful. I’m trying to cancel the rest of order now and get my refund. This order was a Christmas gift, too late for that now. The company should revisit how they handle out of stock items that have already been ordered and better train customer service to assist when an order has been delayed and provide immediate help in either canceling the order or selecting a different item The socks may be great but customer service and transparency are lack luster at best Update: 12/30/24 Still waiting. I started this customer service process on 12/17/24, one week before Christmas I have now been requesting a cancellation and refund for the missing sock, but Allison, the customer service rep, has stated it was already processed but I have not received an email and/or tracking number to confirm my order is on its way I’ve worked customer service in the past and this is a simple issue and should never take nearly 2 weeks to resolve Seriously Doublsoul, you can do better Final update. 1/4/25 I finally received my missing socks yesterday and I also received a full refund on my credit card I modified my review based on a conversation I had with Allison at Doublesoul After dealing with Allison in customer service via email, I found their customer service number online. I called and who should answer but Allison, which took me by surprise. I asked if she was the only person in customer service and she said yes-wow! She said they’ve been in business for 2 years but their business just exploded over the past couple of months and clearly the company was not prepared They will be adding to staff to accommodate their growth I had a nice conversation with her and that does explain some things Sounds like the customer service issues should be resolved as they continue to build their business Thank you Allison

I love this brand. So many different types of socks to choose from it really is heaven! These make great gifts for those who didn't even know they were missing out!

Super comfy, well fitting socks and maintain their shape well even after wash. I like all the different aesthetics of socks they have, they’re all so fun and cute! I appreciate the range of sock sizes they offer too.

I got a size M in the low sock and wear a women's 8.5/9 and they fit perfectly. They're really soft and comfortable and aren't bunchy or tight which is something that makes or break a certain sock for me. I find with a lot of really soft ankle socks too that they slip down my heel, specifically when I wear sneakers, but these ones hold up really well and have a thicker heel tab to support them which is also great. I also really enjoy knowing that they are sustainably and ethically made, I try to be a more conscious shopper so its exciting to know my socks are good quality and earth-friendly too! I definitely recommend them.

I cannot wear these socks. The elastic is extremely tight and I do not have thick ankles. They may work for some but not me. I will donate them to the local homeless center.

My first order was perfect and I loved the socks more than Bomba’s. However, my second order was a mess…2 pairs fit, four didn’t and I couldn’t return them because I washed them first. They all had a size 1, but they weren’t. You also can’t get in touch with anyone to discuss the issue. UPDATE: Alison reached out to me after reading my review and was extremely gracious. She expressed her sincere apologies and offered to replace the socks. I will ABSOLUTELY be shopping at DoubleSoul again!

These are great socks. Super soft, they wear well and come in an array of colors. They are just the right weight and stretch nice over your foot, they do not bunch up or squish your toes. Will purchase again, I was very pleased. Super fast shipping as well. Great company!

I got several pair of the high sock and absolutely love the feel and the quality. The patterns and collabs are so cute. I’m glad to have found this brand. The customer service I received, as well, was above and beyond. I will be purchasing again and referring my friends!

The socks are nice quality and cute, however I order 2 pairs of medium socks and was sent 2 pairs of size small socks and a bonus pair that were actually medium. The shipping was fast which was as a plus, but like are they rushing to the point where they are making a mistake like that?? I called their customer service number to try and fix it several times and got a busy tone or no answer at all. Also sent emails with no response. I would wear the socks but they don’t fit and dig in to my legs and would cut off circulation. Really just disappointed because they are more expensive for my price range and was excited to get the Beepy Bella collab socks. Only to be sent the wrong size. I checked my order info numerous times and I did in fact order a medium. My package didn’t come with a slip or return label or anything so I kinda just have some socks I can’t wear that I spent almost $30 on. Disappointed!! Edit: I messaged the CEO on Instagram and she promptly responded. I increased the rating because of that.

I have the holly quarter 3 pack, and they are amazing. I love the little bows, and they are the cutest peaking out of sneakers.
