  • I purchased 3 of the sink caddies. One for myself and two as gifts. Within a week one of the rubber feet broke off. I contacted Dorai Home and they mailed me one rubber foot. (You would think they would send at least two, if not four, just for good customer service) Within a month, two more had broken off and I used super glue to put them back on. Then I noticed there was a stain on the across the top. I tried to wash it off with dawn dish soap, but it looks like it has stained the product. The only thing it could be is dawn dish soap, Mrs. Meyers all purpose-spray or bath and body works lemon hand soap. All of which are what I keep on the caddy. I sent pictures in an email to customer service and never received a reply. I was visiting my friends home last weekend and noticed that her sink caddy has stains as well and looks awful. I think the idea of the product is great and it looks modern and sleek when its new. I had several other items in my cart and I am so glad I didn't purchase them. I would not recommend their products, even if they were discounted as they don't seem to hold up.

  • I own Dorai’s bath stone and it beats all the bath rugs out there. I always felt icky about bath rugs and mats that just seemed damp most of the time, so this product is a real treat. Not uonly is it fascinating to see it absorb and dry out all moisture right in front of you, it’s easy to clean and feels clean/cool to use.

  • I have the Dorai dish pad and recommend it aggressively to family and friends! It really does dry instantly upon contact with water, and therefore feels much more hygienic than any other type of dish pad / drying rack. The rubber encasing for the stones is thick and grippy enough to handle stacked items without slippage. It also folds up neatly when not in use.

It took some adjusting to make sure we had it far enough away from the sink to not get damp underneath. If there’s water under the mat, it can’t effectively absorb and dry water the way it’s meant to. Not a big deal to figure out and clear in their instructions that you need it to be in a dry spot. I wish it were a little easier to remove the stones from the silicone, because it can collect dust, but given that this is still cleaner than any other comparable dish mat, it’s worth the hassle to surface clean.
