I was expecting a lot more from this, and it was completely not what I thought it was going to be. I know this is made from hemp, but the product just tasted "grassy" to me to such a degree I couldn't stomach it. I wanted to like it. I've had other hemp products and didn't mind them, so I don't know why this one was so strong. These have been discontinued since early 2023.

I bought the doozy pots coffee flavor before it was removed from my local grocery store. I enjoyed the brands packaging and thought it was cute. However, I did not like the gelato at all, The flavor was really strange, it tasted almost a bit burnt or smoky. I am not usually a coffee lover, so that could be why I did not enjoy it. If you love strong coffee, you might love it. Three stars.

In their own words
Founded by Kirsten, a seasoned ice cream expert, and her husband Karl - Doozy Pots was created on a deeply rooted belief that we can create delicious treats made with ingredients that are kinder to the earth and its growing communities. That belief drives every decision about what we put into our pints of plant-based, vegan gelato. We make our gelato with a unique base of organic oats & hemp and our flavors are twists on classics like Chocolate Mint Chocolate Chip and creative combos like Banana Cinnamon Date Swirl.
