Dojo World makes certified organic Japanese soy sauce brewed with four ingredients

DOJO was founded with a simple mission: to reintroduce America to what authentic Japanese soy sauce should taste like.

For decades, soy sauce has been an overlooked pantry staple, often associated with takeout packets, mass production, and little understanding of where it comes from. We believe consumers deserve better.

Our journey led us to a women-led family brewery nestled in the mountains of central Japan, where they've been perfecting the art of soy sauce making. Every barrel takes 24 months to mature, using just four organic ingredients: soybeans, wheat, sea salt, and mountain spring water. No preservatives, artificial colors, or shortcuts. Just an incredibly rich, balanced, umami-forward flavor that tastes noticeably different from conventional soy sauce.

Inspired by chefs in Tokyo, DOJO is the first premium Japanese soy sauce brought to the American market in an innovative chef-style squeeze bottle, making it easier to cook, drizzle, and enjoy every day.

Our mission goes beyond creating a better product. We want to honor the Japanese craftspeople behind it, share their century-old expertise with a new generation, and bring excitement to an entire category of overlooked Asian pantry staples.
