I have to start by saying this is hands-down my favorite dog crate brand. While I didn’t buy mine full price (I actually found it used on OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace), I got the medium-sized crate along with the matching crate bed, and it’s been one of the best pet purchases I’ve ever made. I also bought their stainless steel crate bowls directly from the Diggs website—love that you can choose a color that matches your crate for a clean, minimalist look. The bowls snap right into place, which keeps food and water elevated and accessible (especially helpful when I’m away and need to leave my dog crated). No more bowls scattered on the floor! One of my favorite features is the garage-style door—it opens up smoothly and gives my space a less clunky, cage-y look. The top of the crate also opens, which made crate training so much easier. I used that top access to give my dog treats while training, and it felt much more engaging and positive. It also has wheels, so if you need to roll it from room to room, it’s easy to do. Honestly, this crate is beautiful enough to have out in your home—it doesn’t scream “dog crate.” It’s well-designed, feels super durable, and even though mine was secondhand, it still looks amazing after almost three years of daily use. It’s a brand that really understands pet parents who want functionality and aesthetics. Highly recommend!

The product seems to be good quality (I just got it), but the customer service is awful. I bought a very large dog crate. My dog is 113 lbs. The instructions say it takes 20 minutes to put it together. After about 30 minutes, I tried to use the QR code on the instructions but it did not work. I then tried to call and text the number on the instructions (which is suggested on the instructions) and got no response during normal business hours. The pieces were all over my house and furniture was out of place and I could not leave them that way. I finally figured it out. They did respond to an email the next day thanking me for letting them know the QR code and phone # did not work. Two days later, I got an email with an offer of a free crate bed for anyone buying the crate I just bought. I emailed them to see if I could get the bed since it had only been 2 days and because of the issues I had with their customer service. They declined. Apparently, customer goodwill is not as important as a bed that probably cost them $20. If I had to do it again, I would not support a company that does not value their customers.
I just got a puppy and wanted to get a nice crate. After scouring the internet I came across Fable and Diggs - I just could not justify the price with Fable and opted in for Diggs - I am so happy I made that decision. The crate is really easy to build and has options to change to play pen mode. I also love that you can build it out with the bolster, bowls, and treat attachment.
Beautiful crates
We bought the Diggs Revol for our puppy and have been loving it so far. It looks so much nicer than the traditional black wire crate and the puppy divider has made it perfect for us to adjust the sizing of while our puppy grows. It's really easy to use and super easy to fold up and store!
