I love Cymbiotika as a brand, and their liposomal Vitamin C is something I always keep on hand. I use it especially when I’m traveling and anytime I feel like I might be getting sick. It feels like an easy, effective way to support my immune system without being harsh on my stomach. I love how convenient it is, and it’s become a staple in my wellness routine whenever I want a little extra support.

Cymbiotika is honestly one of the only vitamin and supplement brands I truly believe in. I’ve tried so many over the years, but these are the only ones that I actually feel make a real difference. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and in their purest form. Nothing about them feels cheap or artificial. These are now the only vitamins and supplements I take, and I recommend them to everyone I know. I believe in this company so much that if I could sell their products, I would……that’s how strongly I stand behind them. What really amazes me is how well they actually work. If I feel a little tickle in my throat, I take their vitamin C and vitamin D and I almost always feel noticeably better by the next day. If my stomach feels off, I take the charcoal and it helps so quickly. I’ve never had supplements work this way before. I honestly can’t recommend Cymbiotika enough. These products have become a part of my daily routine and I’m so grateful I found them. Some of my favorite products are their vitamin D, vitaminvitamin B12, magnesium, charcoal, vitamin c, liposomal mushroom, glutathione, molecular hydrogen and their magnesium spray. There are so many more that I want to keep trying. Sidenote… I even saw these vitamins on Jelly Roll’s counter , when he was doing a vlog. I don’t like to name drop, but I think it was pretty cool when I saw them sitting there. and one more important thing I forgot to mention their customer service is next level.
I love the Golden Mind Brain Health by Cymbiotika. The vanilla chai flavor is delicious. I find their products to be really good quality. I like that they’re pre measured in individual packets. Highly recommend anything by this brand.

What started as a one time purchase.... OBSESSED is an understatement. The SEA MOSS is a GAME CHANGER. I am now not only a subscriber but I also have the app. Why I jumped on the band wagon: My skin, normally clear but VERY SENSITIVE, was acting up from travel and nothing was working. I HATE ACNE because I used to have it and the freedom of clear skin is a confidence game changer. One day on IG, I was looking at one of my fav influencers and she posted about the sea moss in a way that was total bullshit like so many of her other recs. So I said, "fuck it," and purchased (w/out subscription) immediately. Within a week/week and a half of taking the sea moss regularly, my skin not only cleared up significantly but started to all my glow. So, yeah, BUY BUY BUY!!! TASTE NOTE: You get used to it, and, honestly, I'm even starting to like it :)
