I've used their anti-aging retinol product. I like how their products are customized for you and for a prescription-easily accessible. They are expensive, so if your insurance covers retin-a, I would get it through your provider.

I used Curology for aver 3 years and later stopped using it. Reasons for continuing the use for 3 years: It really helped me get rid of my acne and acne scars that were built over my careless teenage years. It was easy to stick to one product while I was struggling to understand the beauty product world as well as my skin. Reason for stooping: 1- If I forgot applying the cream for a few nights my skin would show evident results. It did not break out as bad as before but still I could see the patches and change in my skin. 2- I started understanding my skin more as I entered my 30s. I also understood the skin care industry better and I knew what other products worked for me to avoid paying a subscription 3- It got boring for me. I like having a specific morning and evening ritual. My other products were working perfectly fine so I just decided to not pay additional money. That being said, they do have some great treatment ingredients which are not easily available on shelf like tretinoin and I would go back if I want something easier in my everyday routine.

I tried this for over six months with no impact on my acne. I wouldn’t waste your time. Go to the dermatologist.

Did not work great for me and over priced. The free derm consult was pointless.

I was just about to cancel after my second box when I got several compliments about how good my skin looks. And I realized that they were right, my acne is clearing up and my overall complexion has improved.

I was having the weirdest skin freakout and decided to give Curology a try based on a few acquaintance recommendations. The dermatologist they connected me with was super helpful and even excluded one of the active ingredients since I already had a prescription using it as a spot treatment and didn't want to go overboard (I've since added it into my formulation because the topical cream contains peroxide, which bleaches my sheets). A pared down routine plus the prescription has cleared up everything! No regrets. Even some pores that I just considered perpetually clogged are clear most of the time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I wanted to try the 30 days free trial, and they took the money out of my account before the 30 days. Wasn’t able to get refunded because the products have “already been shipped.” When clicking the link to track my order, it says UPS hasn’t received the items yet. No number to call, but text an AI bot. Scammed me for $96. Do not recommend. Will not be returning!

Don’t waste your time. Dont even sign up. Their skincare products are NOT custom made. If they were it wouldn’t make my skin worse than it was. They don’t even care about you. They charge you money before even asking or emailing to let you know in advance. They don’t even ask if you like their products so far they just ship it. I cancelled my subscription but it was still shipped and no refund for $187. Their prices are unreasonable. Whoever was my dermatologist didn’t know what they were doing because the cream I got felt absolutely disgusting and horrible

Honestly I was super excited to make try it since I saw so many people saying it was effective and good for all types of skin since you would do a quiz and get a licensed provider to make a product specifically for your skin. I was using it for about 2 months and saw nothing no change and I kept using it for another month and still saw no difference. The products did nothing and I mean nothing, I saw no dark spots disappear, I still had obvious pimples. If I’m being honest more grew when I started using it; at first I thought maybe my skin needed to adjust but after a whole month, everyday, non-stop absolutely not. The chapstick was strong and made my lips more chapped if anything and the makeup remover kind of burned a little so I stopped using it. I started using Cera Ve and literally half of my bumps cleared in like 2 week! Cheaper sometimes is better.🤦🏽‍♀️ One night I was sitting up late it was about 12 o’clock a night and I saw a purchase of $130 was declines from my card since my card was locked. When I went to check it was Curology, why did they wait til late at night to try and take a large amount of money like that out of my account. I was never told before that I’d have to pay $130 at all, I paid the $5.99 for the small kit and then they immediately try and charge me $130 for a product that did nothing??? I was super upset they didn’t even check in to see if it was working, they just tried to charge my card; no final quiz to see if these products work, no check in just charge. If you ask me they are very inefficient and unprofessional. I do not recommend 🙅🏽‍♀️

Their products are not customized for each person, aren't any better than drug store products are way over priced and have awful customer service. I emailed them to cancel our subscription (it is NOT easy nor quick to cancel), and less than hour later they had charged my account and sent me an email that my order had shipped. They said they would cancel my subscription, but an order had just shipped and I wouldn't be refunded for it because it was custom made. They do not have a contact phone number so good luck trying to contact them for support or issues. Also where do the reviews come from? There is no where on site to leave a review. I would stay away from this company and chose a more reputable company with better products.

They are expensive and does not compare to Proactive. After my daughter tried them and we got no results, I emailed them to cancel our subscription (it is NOT easy nor quick to cancel), and less than hour later they had debited my account for $126 and sent me an email that my order had shipped. It wasn't until a couple of hours afterwards that I got an email telling me they were sorry to see me go, they would cancel my subscription, but an order had just shipped and I wouldn't be refunded for it because it was custom mixed for my daughter. Just another scam business ripping people off every way they can.

I signed up for a 30 day trial, canceled my subscription at the end of the trial and was still charged $94 for a product I never received. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for almost a month to get a refund from them. I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Not only did the product not work, I was cheated out of $94. This company is a scam that I unfortunately fell for.

I got a very unprofessional skin care provider . When I have question regarding the issues regarding acne’s , he is just ignoring and saying we don’t cure acne , that’s comes from your body. Sir , We know that , we are not able to cure so we are contacting you , so they can give a good direction. It’s was so much frustrating.I got the free trail on my first order which wasnot new , it looks like as if it was used . My provider name was PAUL.

im a huge fan of curology. I had really bad acne for 3 year, ive used countless products and different solutions for my face and this is the ONLY thing that cleared up my skin. I went from having bumps all over my face to perfect baby skin and it was quick. I recently stopped and started breaking out again so i reorederd my products and within 3 days my skin already cleared up. Great customer service, very fast reply's to emails. Thank you curology :)

Do not waste your time on this company and their products. I did the free trail and even upgraded to have a “ licensed dermatologist” help with my “treatment plan” for my acne. Within the first 3 days and this being the only thing I had changed in my routine and lifestyle. Within three days my face broke out so bad I actually went to my now real dermatologist who stated this company does not have licensed dermatologist and can not nor should not be giving anyone prescription grade acne treatments based off of pictures. I have since stopped using their products and will never try it again.

I recently tried Curology, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite the high cost of the product, I noticed that it made my skin look worse than before. What's more frustrating is the lack of interaction from their customer service team once the initial routine ended. It seems like their focus is solely on monetary transactions rather than addressing customer concerns. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Curology based on my disappointing experience.

The product itself it nice, but the customer service is awful. I've been charged twice without my consent. They refunded the first time and ensured it would not happen again, but it did and they are doing nothing to help me this time.

I’ve used curology before and I’m not sure if the formula was changed recently, but now my face feels irritated, scratchy and is peeling due to dryness the new kit has caused me.

i bought this for my teen son that as acne on his face and his back , we answer the question was prescribed what was best for him to use , he used it in shower to wash up , after his first used , which he used in the night time , after waking up in morning his acne was flare up and worst he end up getting an allergy reaction all over his body , had to be treat in ER for it . So be careful on what your prescribed worst product ever
