I’m extremely disappointed with CSB Sports. The quality of the items I received was already questionable, but the worst part is the customer service. My package has been lost for more than a month and I still have no answers. I contacted customer service multiple times and received no real help. They claim responses take 1–3 business days, but that is simply not true. I’ve been waiting far longer and most messages are ignored. A representative named Kayla was especially unhelpful and seemed to have no idea how to handle the situation. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without any clear information about my order or where my package is. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something, have it disappear for over a month, and then be met with silence or ineffective responses. For a brand that promotes itself as professional, the service and communication are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from CSB Sports based on this experience.
