My only regret is not buying a larger size with a frame. My dog looks majestic AF as she should. The whole process is quick, 1-2 days turn around. Customer service is fast to respond and if changes need to be made that is really fast as well. Sometimes within a couple of hours. What I do not like is the way their process is marketed. They say real artist are hand illustrating your pets portrait. It’s very possible real artists are photoshopping your pet onto a premade template, buts that’s about it. Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase and will be ordering another one to be mixed in with a wall of art.
