  • I work with the circuit weekly at work, I believe we have the Maker. Honestly, the amount of stuff it can do is impressive. I mainly use it to cut different types of paper and leave all the heat transfer vinyl and sticker making to our more sophisticated machines, but I know the circuit can get the job done too, just a little more complicated. I'm not a big fan of their software, I work a lot with illustrator so I'm biased as I am used to the sleekness of Adobe products. I just wanna upload my things and go so I don't really care to use the design software. Regardless it's a cute little machine I recommend for paper crafting.

  • Love the machine but I dislike that what’s provided on the website is very minimal. Everything requires access through subscription…of course that’s how they get extra money from you but it would be helpful to get some monthly extra of some sort that they have accessible to everyone??

  • I purchased a new EasyPress 2 and, due to personal circumstances, stored it unopened for over a year. Upon its very first use, the unit failed to function, generating an 'E3' error, and would not heat up. When I contacted Cricut customer support, I was informed that because the purchase date was past the one-year warranty, they would offer no refund, repair, or solution, despite the machine being verifiably new and defective upon its initial use. My attempts to explain the situation were dismissed, highlighting a company policy that prioritizes a strict time limit over product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy is a significant risk for any consumer. It means that even a brand-new, factory-defective unit is unsupported the moment its one-year anniversary passes. A company that will not stand behind its own merchandise, particularly a high-priced item that never worked, is not a brand to be trusted. Buyers should be aware of this risk before investing in any Cricut product."

  • I have the Cricut Explore 3 machine and i love it so much. Honestly one of the best crafty things i own. It really helps out with my small business.
