I absolutely love my Comfrt hoodie! not only is the style, color, and fit absolutely amazing. But the meaning and story behind it makes it much more beautiful. I hope people can find comfort in a Comfrt 🫶🏾

Not happy with customer service or exchange policy!! I followed their instructions link to exchanges and refunds, but link only offered refunds. I was okay with a refund except that they were not going to give me a full refund and I possibly would have to pay for shipping and handling! I loved the item I bought from them ( wave hoodie). I ordered a large size but that size was larger than I thought it would be. It was falling off of me! I have ordered large sizes before from other sites and the large was not that huge!!! Because I can not get ahold of customer service and discuss this issue tells me that they are not interested in pleasing their customers! I will never again order from them and will never speak kindly about them or their products. On line or offline, period. I feel like I was scammed by them! All I wanted was an exchange in size for the cost I had already paid. I will keep my hoodie and hopefully I can sell it to some who can wear comfortably. I will buy me another from the store where I can be sure I’m getting the right size.

I absolutely LOVE my Comfrt hoodie! It makes me feel calm, warm, and happy! The inside is so soft, it comes with so many hidden pockets, and it fits perfectly in all the right ways!

So soft and comfy! Loving the versatility and style of this set. I got the shorts and sweats to mix and match with the hoodie. It looks and fits great. My daughter received the matching kids signature set. Perfect surprise and lots of wear to come.

The hoodie was better than I imagined. It's lightweight, yet really filling on the body. It's oversized, just the way I like it. The letters on the hoodie does not feel cheap. They feel really good on the fingertips..

Saw an ad on Facebook and couldn’t help but order myself a hoodie/sweatpant set. I just received my order today, couldn’t wait to try it on and it was everything I expected and more! It is the middle of summer and I cannot wait for it to be winter so I can be wrapped in warm clouds all day long. I’m 5”7 140 lbs and size medium fits amazing! Sweatpants have some wiggle room and the hoodie is oversized just like I like it!

He was strutting around like he knew he looked good—and honestly, he did! It fits perfectly and looks SO good on him. Total win! 🙌✨

I’ve been a fan of COMFRT since getting their OG set — it’s still one of my most-worn outfits. But the new travel hoodie with the built-in mask took it to another level. I just flew across the country and it made the whole experience so much more comfortable. The fabric is insanely soft, the fit is relaxed but flattering, and the added pockets were a lifesaver — I kept my passport, boarding pass, and lip balm all within reach without digging through my bags. Truly the perfect travel companion. COMFRT just keeps getting better!

LOVE this hoodie, my dog loves it too! he never wants to take it off, and sleeps in it well too. shipping was quick, and packaging was great. i also got a matching set for myself and absolutely love it!

I'm obsessed. First time buyer and it's definitely worth the hype. First of all, that was the fastest shipping process ever. Secondly, I never want to take this set off. The material is so soft and comfy. No cheap material here! Imagine being younger and getting your boyfriend's hoodie for the first time and how small/safe you felt. That minus the ex amazing 10/10

I was honestly SO pleasantly surprised. I’ve seen these ads all over my social media and was hesitant to try them but I am very glad I did! They are incredibly thick, warm and overall so cozy. They definitely have that weighted blanket feel, and I got the dark olive green color. Absolutely stunning and perfect for a New England fall day. I can’t wait to wear them more and get more sets!

I am in LOVE with my airplane mode hoodie!!! It’s beautiful and so comfortable. It helped me sleep while i was traveling and the mask is high quality

Love the hoodie! So soft and the eye mask is PERFECT for traveling! I took the train and went as able to fall asleep in minutes. It runs a little big so would buy to to your size since it’s already oversized :P the pockets hold everything too which is amazing.

The comfiest sweat suit ever! I’m obsessed with the waffle set and love how stylish it is. The light green color is the cutest by far! The tranquil set is superb & the softest sweats I’ve ever owned!

Comfrt is the most soothing thing I’ve ever put on my body. Not only is it great for loungewear, the airport, anxiety, but also the gym! It’s loose fit keeps me comfortable and free while I’m moving my body.

Honestly no improvements. Everything about this company is amazing. From their clothes to customer service. 10/10 across the board.

My item came with an obvious manufacturer defect as the seams were undone, leaving a hole on the side of my sweatshirt. I contacted for return/exchange, and safe to say that Comfrt has the utmost incompetent customer service. What should have been a straight forward process was unnecessarily dragged out, and ultimately I was ghosted by them without resolution to my issue. Now, I am left with a defective sweatshirt in my possession and a disdain for this company. I would never buy from these scam artists again. My experience with their horrendous customer service is not the first, just go read some Reddit reviews. Buyers beware! Comfrt is NOT a BBB accredited company for a reason!
