  • I have the Chirp wheels and they’ve been such a great addition to my routine, but one thing people should know is that using them well definitely requires some core strength. That said, it’s totally worth it for the deep, satisfying back stretch. I actually use it as part of my ab workouts because it engages my core so much while rolling. After loving the wheels, I also picked up the rolling percussion massager and honestly, we reach for it more than our Theragun. It’s super effective for muscle relief and feels a lot more intuitive to use. Chirp is such an innovative brand—I’m genuinely surprised it isn’t more mainstream by now.

  • Okay, I'm such a Chirp fan- I was totally targeted for these wheels, and I definitely bought into it! The fact that I can use my FSA dollars for it was a no-brainer. Ever since I had a baby, it's been hard for me to get to the chiropractor. These wheels save my back!! If I feel kind of stiff and achy, a few minutes on these wheels make my back feel so much better. I've had them for almost five years, and they're still in good condition. I find that I only use the medium wheel, but the others are nice to use every now and again.

  • I *love* the Chirp wheels! My parents bought them way back when they were on Shark Tank and I've been hooked ever since. I finally bought a set of my own this year, and I love being able to stretch and roll out my back to my heart's content.

One of the earlier small wheels cracked after years of use, but I think they've already solved for that with thicker interior plastic on the smaller high-pressure wheels!
