I am currently in touch with Kris Tubiera (customer service manager) and she is just terrible and not helpful at all. I am trying to return my item for a size exchange and from their return portal system I have sumitted a return and have already paid 45 dollars for the return shipping fee. Now Cherry won't even prepare the airwaybill for me so I can bring it to Fedex and have it shipped back to the warehouse unless I pay Fedex myself. I feel like they have no experience in dealing with this type of things at all, one of the worst customer service experience I've had in a while!
