  • I was tired of those ugly plastic cooking oil bottles and saw Chefs Life at the grocery store. Thought why not give it a try, not super expensive and I've been reading about not cooking with extra virgin olive oil so I needed a sub. I used the red bottle for making seared chicken thighs and it did not disappoint, also used for frying. Good to know it's more than just a pretty bottle, but that certainly helps!
