Should had purchased samples first I have two Sphinx cats and they both refused to eat it. The smell of the seafood shreds versions turned them off and was more water than meat. The Turkey and Chicken pate was more like gelatin. Not worth the money.

I ordered cat person for me a pictures of Sooty. We adopted him as a kitten July 2022. September 28, 2022, we were directly hit by hurricane Ian, our home was flooded, the most everything we had, and had move in with friends. To add insult to injury, I got an infection from the water that resulted in four surgeries, six months in a wheelchair, two courses of IV anabiotic's - six weeks, each and THEN my mother had a widow maker, heart attack resulting in Cardiac Rehab and 6 stents in her heart. Fortunately, with great friends, and great care we've both recovered. During all of this our sweet little Sooty was with us almost every minute. I'm not sure I ever loved anything as much as I love him and I'm determined to keep him healthy. So, when I saw that cat person food was almost entirely protein and broth I thought I'd try it out. I got the starter box and my kitten loved all of the meals at first. However, he started shutting, but he hadn't done before. I contacted cat Person and asked for a refund and to cancel my autoship. They responded with a auto reply because I sent the email very early in the morning, and the same day I received a personal reply. I apologize that his autoship had already processed, but sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the box. By then his shedding had decreased, and I considered it might be a result of the extreme heat wave. We are having the summer. So I figured I would try some more and see if the problem occurred. So far, he is no longer shedding, but products I contacted cat person to see if I could use the prepaid shipping label to return the chicken products in exchange for fish and beef. They not early wholeheartedly agreed, but had already refunded my $28 starter kit and told me to donate the chicken cat food to someone who could use it. They then fulfilled a complete order for the beef and fish at no additional charge. Sooty never ate all of his wet food, he would leave it, and our dog Tasha would finish it up. With cat person that is not the case. While he didn't like the chicken products, he devours everything else. I have just added the coat and skin product, which she also seems to like quite a bit and he seems to have more energy than he ever had before. I cannot say enough about the customer service. I am an air conditioning contractor, so service is my business. I have had so many terrible experiences in the last year with companies, not performing, staff meeting standards at my vendors, even UPS in Dell computers made huge errors in shipping and delivery when I ordered a new computer to replace the one I lost in the hurricane. However, cat person exceeded every expectation. I wish I could hire people who did such a good job. If something changes, I will continue to feed city as desired food choices from cat person, not to mention the boxes are fun and the food looks like real human food. They're doing a great job!

This customer service is awful, no response I don’t want AutoShip, it’s very deceptive and nobody gets back to you. Awful company.

The boxes the food and bows come in are a big hit. I could never get my cats to eat the food though. My gripe is with the cat food bowls. Yes they are attractive and all that but the base of the bowl and the bowl itself snap apart at the least bit of pressure. It is very startling to have it come apart while you are cleaning it or even moving it around. Every time it happens it's like that feeling when you just dropped a glass and are waiting for the crash. A better design would be something that twisted on. I like the bowls but this design flaw is constantly testing my nerves

I’ve been buying Cat Persons fry food off and on for over a year. I find it to be very expensive once you add in the delivery fee. Wish they wood allow Amazon to sell their products. Anyway, my 2 cats love the food and my male cat, who’s very finicky, will only eat the Duck and turkey. I had a problem receiving my last order it took almost a month before I received it. And customer service is really nonexistent. You most leave a text and wait days for a response. When I finally got the food they sent one bag of the wrong food which my cats won’t eat. I’m reluctant about buying it again.
