I’ve had the lentil mole and garbanzos al pastor. They’re both really nice! I’m glad to have this as an option on lazy days. I usually just open the pouch and portion half for a meal. I also tried the red bean pozole, and that one definitely needs to be heated up. Something in there has a weird texture when unheated. (I suspect the pozole)
