I had the same experience.  Customer service is non existent.  

Same here! I placed a preorder and they’ve had my money since 
May 3rd.  Got a message awhile ago saying the preorder was in but no info on shipping date.  I sent numerous emails trying to get info, finally got a response saying my shoes would be shipped on June 17.  Nothing so far!  I sent more emails and haven’t gotten any response.   The tracking info keeps saying “being processed”.  At this point I just want a refund, but with no phone number and no response thru email I think I’m just out $100!

The company is a scam. ordered shoes on pre order. Received notification that shoes shipped but no tracking was given. Customer service does not exist. 

Absolute NIGHTMARE experience! Ordered a pair of shoes in April for my Daughter in Law’s birthday in mid May, and still have NOT received them, in now early August. No one responds from customer service at all and the website now shows the shoes I chose on pre order now for November delivery! Totally false advertising.  Do not order anything from this “company” ever.
