Cards Against Humanity

4.5

Cards Against Humanity wins big in reviews for delivering uproarious, easy-to-learn party play that sparks belly laughs, quick bonding, and late-night chaos—especially with larger groups and expansion packs—so yes, it works. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: humor can be crass/NSFW and alienating for sensitive or mixed-age crowds, cards lose shock value with repetition, and some prompts feel dated or hard to play with certain audiences.

Love , love, love this game! There are some cards that are incredibly crude, sexual, profanity riddled and just plain out there. If you get offended easy then this isn’t the game for you!

Hilarious. Awful. Ensure you are in the right company before embarking. Friends have nicknames from infamous combinations of cards 15 years ago... NOT for work or those who take offense easily. Expander packs needed after playing 5-10 times or you'll recognize the same cards cycling thru the pack too often.

Fun game to play with a variety of people. I always like playing this to gauge the humor of a group! Can be hit or miss depending on how much people participate. Really great overall crowdpleaser. I have bought this, and nearly all my friends have a box too. The add-on packs are a nice touch to the line.

Armani suit: $1,000. Dinner for two at that swanky restaurant: $300. The look on her face when you surprise her with Flash Flooding: priceless.

Certainly! Cards Against Humanity is a popular party game known for its humor and irreverence. The game involves players completing fill-in-the-blank statements with words or phrases that are typically humorous, offensive, or absurd. The humor is not for everyone, and players should be aware of the potentially offensive content. Gameplay: Cards Against Humanity is easy to learn and quick to play. Players take turns being the "Card Czar" who selects the funniest response to a given prompt. The simplicity of the game makes it accessible to a wide audience. Expansion Packs: The creators regularly release expansion packs, introducing new cards and themes. These expansions add variety and keep the game fresh for players who have already gone through the base deck. So fun! This is an “out of the box” game so fun to play with friends. It is NSFW, but that’s kinda what makes it stand out. It’s a great gift!

Cards Against Humanity is undeniably one of the most hilariously irreverent party games out there, offering a unique and unforgettable experience for those who appreciate dark humour and quick-witted banter. While the game succeeds in delivering endless laughter, it does come with a caveat—be prepared for some shockingly absurd and gross moments. What sets Cards Against Humanity apart is its unapologetic embrace of dark humour and taboo subjects. The game invites players to explore the boundaries of political correctness, often resulting in uproarious laughter. The creative combinations that emerge from the cards can be both brilliant and cringe-worthy, making for a game that leaves a lasting impression. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that Cards Against Humanity is not for everyone. Some may find certain combinations or cards to be excessively gross or offensive, even if they are intended as jokes. The game's shock value can be polarising, and players should be mindful of the sensibilities of their fellow participants. For those who can appreciate the game's irreverent nature, Cards Against Humanity offers an unparalleled and unforgettable gaming experience. The moments of shock and absurdity become part of the game's charm, and the laughter shared with friends can make for lasting memories.

I didn’t find this game as funny as others have said, some of the cards made me giggle but nothing compared to others reactions to the game, I was pretty disappointed

This is one of our favorite games to play. Some of the cards are hilarious. We also have several of the specialty/expansion packs. I took a star off because some of the cards don’t make sense. We take those ones out of the deck and there’s still plenty of cards to play with.

This card game did not disappoint! It brought out some of the players' personalities that I did not know existed. Be prepared for an entertainingly good time with it, but be aware of some potentially obscene, rude, and highly sexual content. Just be open-minded and take it with a grain of salt; all will have fun.
