Cards Against Humanity

4.5

Cards Against Humanity wins big in reviews for delivering uproarious, easy-to-learn party play that sparks belly laughs, quick bonding, and late-night chaos—especially with larger groups and expansion packs—so yes, it works. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: humor can be crass/NSFW and alienating for sensitive or mixed-age crowds, cards lose shock value with repetition, and some prompts feel dated or hard to play with certain audiences.

Such a fun game!! It’s definitely a go-to with friends.
Feedback
Some cards could be better, some are not funny.
This game is always a good time. Beware of playing with folks that can take offense to sensitive topics, and probably not work safe, unless your coworkers understand it’s all a joke.
Feedback
Maybe a work safe version? Like a corporate joke version.
Very fun game, but after a while it gets repetitive
Feedback
nothing they can really do with that problem
A popular, reliable game to have some fun with people. Often gets laughs out of people but gets repetitive and predictable fairly quickly unless you want to continuously purchase expansion packs.
Feedback
Content not always friendly to all players
I think it's good fun and you'll always have a laugh, but I think after a few plays with the same group of people, you get a bit tired of it. I'm not really a party game person though, so I think it's worth a try.
Such a fun game! I love that the prompts and answer always have everyone laughing.
Feedback
A part two! I’m getting tired of the same cards.
It is a very fun and inappropriate game, which makes it all the more fun.
Feedback
Would love an updated version! After a few plays you start to get the same cards/answers.
This game is really fun with larger groups! I will say if you play it fairly frequently it can get repetitive but still a great party game.
Cards against humanity is a great ice breaking game and a fun game to push boundaries with friends. I’ve never failed to laugh during a game and highly recommend it.
Feedback
I think a subscription service to a new pack of cards would be fun! Other than that they are always releasing new additions and games so that the cards never get old!
This game gets old quick and doesn’t allow for a lot of creativity

Really Fun game, but only good for bigger crowds
I really liked this game in college! Great icebreaker and a good way to determine how dark your friends'/new acquaintances' sense of humor can get. Definitely not for people who get offended easily.
Feedback
Nothing that I can think of! The game is exactly what it is. Not for everyone, but a fun game for those who like that vibe.
Not for the faint of heart, but one of the most hilariously entertaining games I've ever played with friends. Their promotional emails and limited edition sets are also incredible.
Feedback
If you're on their email list, you'll know: sometimes it's hard to tell what's a joke and what's real. And I think that's partially what makes them brilliant, their commitment to the humor. But for new users, I can imagine this might be confusing.

Cards Against Humanity never gets old with so many expansion packs! It's the perfect party game.

So I used to like this game a lot, but as I grow as a person, I feel like it did not age well.
Feedback
I think being edgy for the sake of being edgy can be harmful, especially when referring to anything about a human they cannot change. Like I said, I used to like this game but doubt I will play it again.
My go to game for parties! Not for those easily offended but always a ton of fun!
Feedback
Nothing!
Apples to Apples for late nights. It's dirty, it's funny, it's a staple on road trips. It does, however, get a little dull/predictable after a few plays.
What do you mean you haven’t played cards against humanity. Party staple.

Impossible
Funny if you're with the right people and the right mood

The cards get old after a few plays. So maybe an option to swap in and out expansion packs
Great game, but does get old if played with the same group quickly
