LOVE my CALPAK bags! Got a work bag and gym bag. Have tried so many other bags but keep coming back to these because of the organization and quality and beautiful colors. I take my gym bag (duffel) and backpack on travels too, with my CALPAK carry on luggage. East trolly/luggage sleeve on the back of my items. Love love love the well thought out and functional design. Just be careful to not overload the backpack because it can stretch the straps !!

Love Calpak so much! I first purchased a suitcase from them back in 2019 for international travel, and I get compliments on this case every time I travel! I since have purchased several items from them, and simply cannot rate them high enough on the quality and style of their products. Cannot get enough of this brand!

I am strictly a paying customer. The Luka backpack only lasted 4 trips, and then the handle started tearing out of the seam. I could send it back at my own expense and they would repair it. Or I could ask for a replacement, but had to write a statement that I would not be able to ask for another replacement ever again. Calpak does not offer refunds after 30 days. I am disappointed in their customer service and will not buy anything further from Calpak. I'm OUT!

Calpak has officially become my one stop for any of my travel needs. I purchased the Luka Duffel in Purple, the clear cosmetic bag in small, medium and large in the “Lime” color and they’ve all lived up to the hype! The Luka duffel is amazing for bring a carry on bag that is lightweight, comfortable and cute. The bag straps itself have extra padding that are very forgiving when carrying it through the airport! The clear cosmetic bags are also amazing in holding all your makeup and toiletries. Also helps that the bag is clear making it easy to get through TSA!

I have a Luka duffle, a small & medium toiletry bag & the mini wrist Luka! I’ve yet to be disappointed in any purchase! The toiletry bags hold so much… I can successfully get all my liquids into the small one for carry-ons. The Luka duffle is a great bag for a weekend getaway; you will be surprised how much you can fit. The mini Luka backpack ( not the correct name but looks like) is a fave for cruising. I can put money, reusable straw & lip gloss in it and attach to my lanyard. No it doesn’t fit my phone but who needs a phone on a cruise?! My next purchase is a medium check-in… promise a review!

I love this bag. I love it so much I got my partner a matching back pack and he loved it. It made our traveling so much better and freed our hands which is essential when traveling with a toddler. I will continue buying from Cal PAK.

I have ordered a handful of products from Calpak, and the price is high but the quality matches! Good products are worth the price. I love the clear cosmetics cases, I have 2 sizes. I also have two sizes of the Luka duffle bag. They will be my first choice for travel and storage needs

Firstly, Calpak has great customer service! They are always there by email or text if anything arises with your item or you just have a question. I own 4 or 5 Calpak items at the moment and they all serve different purposes and are of high quality. I love the variety of colors available for many items and am especially impressed by the amount of pockets in my newest Calpak item, the Terra duffle bag. I will continue to be a Calpak customer!

Utmost, love the quality of the brand, from the sewing to the zippers. Calpak duffel is not to be beat. Fits under my airline seat (Southwest), wide straps are comfy, fits so much, and puffy exterior is cute and easy to clean. Plus has key leash and pass-through trolley. My daughter is in Italy on a college trip right now and took the Calpak duffel because it fits so much. I dont like the Luka expandable tote as much because it is too big for my taste, black interior makes it hard to find things inside, and interior pockets are loosey-goosey and not snug. But it will fit everything -- big laptop (mine is 15 inches and there's plenty of room still), a lunch bag, a water bottle, so I use it when I have a lot to bring to work. But again, it is cute and so well made. Also love the crocodile wallet. It is sleek and looks expensive, fits passport and you can use it as a handbag or crossbody. My laptop sleeve is ultra cute, too. So soft inside! Can't go wrong with this brand!!!

Calpak has the most beautiful colors and thoughtful designs in travel and everyday bags. I have bought several bags from Calpak and I am super impressed with their bags and fast delivery. Love Calpak!

Love my luka belt bag. I’ve had it for years and it’s held up so well. It’s been on many overseas trips with me and it’s always super convenient and reliable. Plenty of storage for wallet, phone, keys, passport, and more. Big recommend for a trusty, versatile bag.

I have two backpacks, one mini backpack and the mini belt bag. I absolutely love these bags. They are perfect for everyday and for travel. I use the largest backpack when I travel and have to bring my work laptop. It has plenty of space for my computer and all the things I would normally travel with. The regular backpack is great for a home laptop and all your travel needs. The mini backpack is perfect for going to amusement parks and holds a ton of stuff. The belt bag is great for everyday use. It has lots of space and a pocket that fits my phone perfectly.

If you don’t have the Luka duffel I highly recommend you consider it for your travel needs. The Luka duffel by far is the perfect bag for travel. Whether it be used for a weekender bag or a carry on, you can’t go wrong. This could even be a gym bag. Possibilities are endless with calpak Luka! So many colors to choose from and multiple pockets for whatever your needs may be. I also love the wipeable exterior.

Calpak is one of the best when it comes to bags. Of all the products I have, my Luka Belt Bag is my favorite. I use it every day since it can hold my kindle, wallet, AirPods Pro, Sunscreen, hand lotion, etc. The quality is super great and holds up over time.

I love calpak and all their brand has to offer!! I have multiple different bag designs, packing cube colors, luggage, cosmetics case that are all incredible! But this only adds to the amazing customer service I have experienced with them. Their staff are so helpful with my orders when I have questions. My items come perfect each time. I highly recommend this brand for any traveler or person on the go!

This company has THE WORST customer service support that I have ever experienced!!! They didn’t send me one item and the most important on my order. Large Luggage and for me the size and weight for this item is obvious to know if it is missing. So, First, There is NO WAY to talk to them by phone AT ALL. You can write them only. They answer in 2 or 3 days each time you write / reply BUT they don’t fix immediately, they reply with questions, asking pictures and after 4-5 writings and answers and everything has been totally probed. They wait even more and today after 2 weeks I don’t have my item yet. I also read in their website that if you have a problem with your luggage make a claim to your airline. What ??? DO NOT purchase if you don’t want to be angry for the lack of customer care. There are plenty of other brands that offer a lot more than Calpak Travel. We don’t need this. Customer should have more respect since we have the power to choose.

I purchased the Kaya backpack from them- it was almost $150. I have owned this backpack for less than 3 months- I have taken it on 2 business trips, both less than 3 days in length. The straps are tearing already. I could not run the risk of this breaking altogether while on a trip and potentially causing damage to my laptop, so I had to purchase a different product elsewhere. I reached out to customer service, certain that they would make amends and allow me to return the item (given that it's clearly a subpar product), and was informed that they will not allow a return, but will only allow me to send it back to them at my own expense and they can repair it, or they will send a one time replacement. Regardless of my appeals, they would not budge. Don't waste your money, and don't give them your business. Their products are cheap, and their customer service is terrible.

Love the bags from this brand, especially the Luka Duffel. I decided to trial it after hearing lots of positive reviews and have really enjoyed it from both an aesthetic and utility standpoint. Would purchase again.
