Cadence reviews and discussion

I'm a frequent traveler who loves to stay organized and I absolutely LOVE my Cadence containers. I knocked off a star because some of my containers eventually cracked, but when I reached out to Cadence, they were quick to respond and offer replacements. I purchased my first set very early on and I imagine there was some iteration on product to make them stronger. Yes, the containers are small... but I've used these containers to take my skincare with me for 3 week long trips and didn't run out of most things. For shampoo/conditioner, yes they are definitely too small unless you are on a very short trip and will only wash your hair once. I think how much you love these really depends on what type of travel you're doing and how much you've experimented with other travel containers. They are probably not worth the splurge if you only travel once or twice a year. If you are on the road monthly or more, I really do believe they are worth it and have traveler friends who feel the same. I'm really excited that they've released a new line with containers of different sizes – these will be really great for some of my longer trips!

Great experience! There was an issue with the batch I had but they quickly remedied the problem and sent me new replacement capsules. I never travel without these!

I have used these for several months now and also gave some as a gift. They are super cute, and I have had no issues with spillage. Love the magnets and they feel heavy duty. Great for: - smallish pills - jewelry (sometimes I only need like 2 pairs of earrings for a trip and these are perfect for that Good for: - lotion (usually most hotels provide lotion so this isn't a must but is a good size) Not so good for - shampoo/conditioner - I find them to be too small and the wrong dispenser type - makeup - maybe just me but the makeup I use wouldn't transfer nicely to these containers either for size or dispenser reasons For the above reason I usually find myself only using ~3 of the 6 I have

Obsessed. Use for my week day pills. Great for travel. I took advantage of the getting my custom tiles in a different language. I have gifted this for friends and family. 10/10

Function is the most important characteristic of a travel container and Cadence functions rather well. I started using Cadence last year and have been beyond satisfied with my experience. So much so, that I now purchase Cadence gift cards for my friends and family who travel often. After the functionality of a product, I value and appreciate aesthetics. Cadence has beautiful, customizable packaging and is just one of those little things in my life I appreciate because of the experience.

Had an issue at first trying to contact Cadence. And it took sometime before hearing back. (Holiday Season). Other than that, incredible concept and once someone did reach out, the customer service was superb. Thanks!! 🌎🌎

I loved the concept so much I spent a total of $376 on the cadence pods for travel. After a few months they started cracking / leaking so were unusable. I didn't drop them or do anything that would damage them. Way too expensive for this to happen.

The capsules are EXTREMELY heavy even when they are empty... so that being said, I compared the weight of my regular (light) cosmetic bag full with my stuff and the empty capsules... is not worth to buy it. 2 stars because they are well made and the colors are cool, that's it

These are genius and has made traveling with a multi-step skincare regime so much easier. I love that you can customize the labels and colors.

You can really tell how much thought went into the design of these containers. Really appealing shape and proportions and yet still completely functional. The labels are easily interchangeable and everything attaches to each other through magnets. Even though the parts are small, you never feel like you are going to drop anything. The magnets provide just enough weight to give it a really sold feel in the hand. I don't use a ton of product so the size is spot on for me. One for toothpaste bites, one for my earplugs, and a few more for cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen for my face are my travel must haves. Where they actually really shine is for daily use. I have been using them for my post gym shower and the smaller volume is never really a limitation there. I never thought that personal care containers was something I would want to invest in, but if you appreciate good design then you will enjoy using these.

Cadence is truly life changing. As a skincare nerd, it's incredibly important to me to be able to travel with my actual routine. Before Cadence I ended up traveling with whatever mini sizes / samples I had around, because it was so annoying and often wasteful to try to transfer my actual products to those CVS plastic travel containers (stuff would always leak, spill, or degrade - like antioxidants - because of see-through containers). The minis used so much plastic and inevitably I broke out from using products outside my normal routine. Cadence makes traveling with my routine so delightfully seamless. I decant everything into the little containers and in just a few minutes I'm ready to go. One unexpected positive side effect is that the labels on the capsules act as a "packing checklist" so it makes it super easy to make sure you have everything.
