    ’ve been purchasing from By Charlotte for quite some time now, and their solid gold jewellery continues to impress me every single order. The craftsmanship is genuinely unmatched — every piece feels thoughtfully designed, beautifully made, and built to last. You really do get what you pay for in terms of quality and longevity. Their customer service has also been consistently helpful and responsive, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely keep returning for more pieces. I just wish they had a loyalty program as I have spend thousands on their pieces.

    Love the quality of this product! I wear it everyday. Its honestly so unique and goes really well with their morning light ring. Their rings are also solid and not hollow unlike other jewellry brands.

    The flatback solid gold earring designs that By Charlotte offer are very nicely made and lovely plus very well priced. While there are a number of stores with some similar items, By Charlotte is great value. The selections of diamonds or crystals are also appealing, helps if you are on a budget. And on a final note, Janine (piercer) from the Paddington store is an absolute gem. Thank you Janine for not getting annoyed at my guzzillion questions. Cheers Cazzazz
