Such exceptional customer service from By Charlotte! I purchased a special locket for my daughter, and Emma and Lilly went above and beyond to help get the little photos just right. I have bought a few stunning pieces with a lovely birthday voucher sent to me and I am so happy. also had Janine (their fabulous in house Paddington piercer) check my recent piercings and all is going fabulously. Especially love these. Love the quality and the warm and happy people that are associated with By Charlotte in person and on line.

’ve been purchasing from By Charlotte for quite some time now, and their solid gold jewellery continues to impress me every single order. The craftsmanship is genuinely unmatched — every piece feels thoughtfully designed, beautifully made, and built to last. You really do get what you pay for in terms of quality and longevity. Their customer service has also been consistently helpful and responsive, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely keep returning for more pieces. I just wish they had a loyalty program as I have spend thousands on their pieces.

Love the quality of this product! I wear it everyday. Its honestly so unique and goes really well with their morning light ring. Their rings are also solid and not hollow unlike other jewellry brands.
