LOVE!!! We purchased a 3 seat Nomad sofa in their grey color! It arrived super early, like in 5 days. I was worried it wouldn't feel sturdy, but our 4 yr old jumps all over this sofa and it doesn't budge. Very sturdy and super comfortable for family. Great buy.

big fan of burrow products! the website is super user friendly and easy to navigate and the products are just what I've been looking for. personally, I love the Range collection, super chic and really comfortable with the lumbar support angled cushions. also obsessed with the vesper chair and wall shelves

The sofa is mediocre quality at best. But their business model is customer unfriendly: 1- They want your money upfront and delivery took over four long months. 2- They make it sounds that assembly is a piece of cake. But it took over 4 hours and the holes to screw into the sofa were misaligned and wouldn’t fit. 3- The 6 legs were screwed on tight but sofa was tilled. What a joke. I immediately called the company and no answer, the number just play some music! I texted them on Friday and they didn’t reply until Wednesday. Their reply was they have a small staff and it’s my job to film a video of the problems. Trying to do a video and text was impossible. What a HORRIBLE business model. Don’t get sucker into doing business with Burrows!!!

Very disappointed. Extremely long wait between order and delivery yet they have no issue with collecting the entire price of the item upon order date. I felt like it was more difficult to assemble than they might have you believe. Some of the mechanisms that hold the sectional pieces together did not line up properly. Decided to send it back, not for those reasons, but just decided it didn't work well in our space. Based on their published return policy I expected to have the entire purchase price and tax refunded less the restocking fee. But, they do not refund the entire amount of tax paid and they tax the restocking fee!

I absolutely love my Jade Nomad velvet armchair! It adds a welcome pop of color to the space and it's so comfy for WFH or watching a movie. Super easy to assemble too!

I ordered a Field sofa last summer. It took longer than I expected to get here, but it was worth the wait! It's comfortable and looks great in my living room.

I bought a lounge chair from Burrow for my office. First, it shipped incredibly quickly and was well packaged. The chair was really easy to put together (maybe 10 min?). It looks great and is really comfortable. All in all, would definitely recommend the brand.

I have owned Burrow for a little over 3 years now since moving to New York! It not only was easy shopping, free shipping, and fast assembly - but the look and comfort of my Nomad Velvet Sofa & Loveseat are some of the big focus points in my living room! I also own their new Opera media console which has given me the sophisticated and modern look I was going for. I have various things inside Opera, but one thing I love most is the cord organiztion that helps hide the clutter of all the wires! I'd recommend definitely shopping with Burrow! During my research, I found they had showrooms around the country- so don't fear if you're feeling nervous about not testing it out! They also have the option to order 2 sets of free swatches to see what style fabric you'd order for your home! 10/10 would recommend, and 20/10 for the fun new products they're releasing! Already thinking about adding the Chorus to my bedroom next!

I own several Burrow products including the Nomad Sofa in Velvet, an Index Wall Shelf, a Dram Bar Cart, a tray, and a few pillows. My shopping and delivery experience was fantastic, with accurate estimated times of arrival and no issues with missing or broken items. This was particularly impressive given the supply chain crisis in 2021 and early 2022 that affected many furniture brands. While other brands were experiencing delays of many months, I received my Burrow products with no issues at all. I loved how I could carry all the boxes up to my 5th floor NYC walk-up in just a few trips and assemble everything in about 15 minutes, including the sofa. This was particularly great for me because I'm not very good at building furniture, and I didn't have to hire someone from TaskRabbit to do it for me and spend $100. I often receive compliments on my Nomad sofa and Index Wall Shelves. They have a stylish and sleek design that adds a touch of sophistication to my living space, despite my lack of design sense. I am pleased with how well the furniture has held up over the past two years. I am looking forward to expanding my collection when I move into a larger space!

Done multiple purchases over the years - convenience, value, great service and the list goes on. Can’t look beyond burrow for all my furnishing needs

Fell apart after 3 years, too deep, and so uncomfortable some people refuse to sit on it. It also stains easily. Find your couch somewhere else

UPDATE 3 (December, 2023): Customer service finally reached out to me and kindly gave me $250 for the troubles I went through throughout the process. With that in mind, I raised my review to two stars, because although every individual I've spoken to has been nice and attempted to be helpful, there was still a lot of pain throughout the process. This was quite possibly the single worst furniture experience I've ever had. They kept changing the shipping time on me without warning. It went from 3-5 week to arrival to 3-5 weeks to ship it out to it's been 6 weeks but don't worry we will ship it out soon. I kept trying to get in contact with customer support. I called and was told I'd receive an email which I never received. I texted the support line and got a text back close to a week later and had to wait multiple days between texts to the point where communication was near impossible. There is no real way to express my frustration at how awful this experience has been because I can't get in contact with the company. UPDATE: I finally got in touch with the customer support line by asking the sales team to setup a call. I was promised that the couch would arrive by the end of the week. It has now been close to two weeks and only part of the couch has arrived. When the person on the phone said "It will arrive by the end of the week", I responded with "I simply do not believe you". Turns out I was right. After a while on the phone they offered me $50 off my order which is approximately 1% of my order price. I explained that 1% off for this was not exactly consolation but they told me there is nothing they can do. I am still waiting for the rest of my couch to arrive. Order No. 449055 UPDATE 2: I received more of my couch, and it came soaking wet! It did rain last night, but I couldn't believe the cushions got very wet too. Now I'm realizing none of the packaging is waterproof. It's a fabric bag covered by a cardboard box so it's not so surprising that the cushions would get wet in the rain. Not sure who thought of the packaging design but this a shockingly bad idea. UPDATE 4 (April, 2024): One of the legs of the couch broke during use. We replaced it with a conveniently provided additional leg and now the couch has been generally good since we dealt with all our initial issues.

I purchased the Union 3-Seat Sofa in Ivory earlier this year and absolutely LOVE it! It's so plush, comfortable and high quality - I know I'm going to enjoy this sofa for years to come. Perfect for all-day lounging, afternoon naps and everything in between. Love that the fabric is stain-resistant and durable - six months in, and not a stain in sight!

We've had our Nomad three-piece sofa for over two years now. It shipped very quickly to us and was super easy to assemble. We added an ottoman and three lumbar pillows to our order, which make it great for lounging and having extra ways to sit and rest your head. The fabric quality is very scratch resistant for our excitable 4 year old dog. The overall strength of the legs and interior frame have withstood the test of time and still feels very solid!

Please be aware, THIS IS A DROP SHIP COMPANY. Products are likely cheapo. I followed their 24 hour email cancellation instructions and they shipped my $2000 order anyway. You can't talk to a person. Really cold hearted customer service via email. DO NOT BUY from them.

I've owned a "Nomad 6-seat Corner Sectional w chaise" for just over 2 years now. I was taken in by amazing reviews & the beautiful aesthetics of this sofa. The sofa sits in our living room and is used daily by a family of 4 (2 children under 10 yr old) and a labrador. By all the reviews, this was the perfect sofa for us. But this sofa fallen far short of anticipations. Issues as follows: - the chaise piece is not attached to the sofa, so it moved a lot, even though the cushion sort of velcros to the piece & it all sat on carpet - 12-13 months of owning the sofa, the chaise cushion had an uncorrectable lump across the line between the chaise piece & the sofa. Burrow corrected this with a new cushion despite the fact that we were 1 month out of warranty - 2nd time around, I bungeed the chaise to the sofa so it would not move, the cushion still developed a lump - about 18 months into ownership, a section of backing was falling forward. One of the brackets holding the back piece came undone from the frame. Burrow sent a new one & I replaced it. - at 2 years, I leaned against the back of the sofa, and all 145 lb of me cracked the frame piece. - the "highly durable" fabric is pilling and stretching/sagging in the places that are regularly sat upon. This sofa is an absolute piece of junk. There's no way that a sofa that retails for nearly $4k should perform this poorly. At least I got it on sale...this is not a case where we got what we paid for. Our prior sofa set was from a big box company, retailed for 1/2 the price and held up well for over 10 years...so much for the "fancy guy."

I bought a Union loveseat. One of the seats was defective, so they sent another two boxes. Many hours of construction and deconstruction/reconstruction. And many huge cardboard boxes to dispose of. When the reconstruction worked, I assumed that the defective parts would be picked up (as implied by an earlier email), but they told me to keep them! I had repacked the boxes so now I unpacked them and complained in email. Then they said, oh, we can pick them up; we just offered keeping them (implying that others do that, so apparently there is a fair amount of defective parts)! Hours of dealing with these people, and they do not respond within reasonable time periods. The loveseat is nice, but if you buy because you like the free shipping, realize that it's a huge time and frustration suck. In my view, it's not worth it!

We absolutely love our Burrow couch! The green range looks so elegant in our living room. We have a 1 year old and we were concerned about the durability of the fabric, but is so easy to spot clean. We highly recommend buying a Burrow couch.
