I was looking for a modular sofa to fit in my back room. I saw some options out there but they were kinda bland until I found the Burrow Range sofa. I love Scandinavian interiors and this sofa had a unique stylish look while being super versatile. It was super easy to assemble. It took my partner and me around 30 minutes to build. I also like the little details. The items to build the sofa came in these neat little pouches made of the same fabric color as the sofa - talk about upcycling! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a modular sofa without sacrificing style.

It's been a couple of months since our new Burrow sectional arrived and a few weeks since the additional seat we ordered was finally delivered. Ordering an additional seat was the right call. The sofa fits the space in our living room much better now, and our whole family loves the variety of seating options available to us. Even with all the choices, we do seem to gravitate to our usual spots, though! Plus, it was super easy to attach the extra seat to the sofa once we got all the parts out of the boxes. It took, maybe, ten minutes at the most to get it set up. When we first shared that we ordered an ivory couch, many people told us that we were crazy. How were we going to keep it clean with two young kids and a dog in the house? It requires regular maintenance/brushing to get the dark hair off the light cushions. Thankfully, our daughter is always eager to help with this, so the task doesn't fall only to me. We have had to clean up small spots of dirt from time to time, as one would expect... but the sofa is so easy to clean that it takes no time at all. The cushion covers aren't removable, so spot-cleaning with a mixture of bleach and distilled water, as is recommended by the brand, does the trick nicely. Nearly two months later, we still love the sofa as much as we did on Day One. Every time I look at it, I smile and love how it looks in our home. Now I can't wait to see how it looks once the living room is painted in the coming weeks! Why 4 out of 5 stars? Despite being pet-friendly, our dog's fur manages to get stuck in the weave of the fabric. So cleaning/brushing takes effort. The additional seat shipped much, much later than the sofa (even though the website said that all the parts were in stock and ready to ship when I ordered the sofa), and it was a little difficult getting updates from Customer Service.

We've had a Burrow couch for 2 years now including one move to a new apartment. Overall, we really love the couch! When we adopted a giant 100+lb dog, we needed more sofa than our 3 seater from Ikea & ended up buying a Nomad fabric king sectional (which includes a chaise) from Burrow which has had plenty of room to fit all three of us. The sofa came within a few week of ordering & came in 7 boxes total which was fun getting up to our 6th floor apartment but a lot easier than it was taking our old sofa out. Assembly was pretty straightforward & easy sans the arms but from what I've read, a lot of people have issues with the arms. Its pretty comfy & but does need a break-in period if you don't like firm cushions. I was amused that the chaise was basically the same as an ottoman but came with an extra long cushion. Because of this you get an extra seat cushion which now I guess is nice if we ever fully ruin one of current cushions but gets kind of annoying when you have limited closet space. It was also really easy to move with! Separating the couch into two parts then putting back together was a lot easier than any of us expected. The couch has also stood up well structurally to our Great Pyrenees' abuse which has included launching herself from our hallway onto it when she gets the zoomies & the occasional paw swipe/digging into the cushions. Its been easy to spot clean as well. Our main complaint is that her fur gets easily caught in the basketweave. We suspect its because her fur is on the longer side since we've had short hair dogs on it with no issue, but something to take into account if you do have a long haired dog (probably would have gotten a velvet one if we had known!)

Easy to assemble and quality materials. Haven’t had any issue with my index wall shelf so far. It is beautiful and holds a lot more items than I originally thought. Would purchase from Burrow again.

I have a few Burrow products. I really appreciate how easy it was to receive things because I've had nightmare experiences dealing with white glove delivery in the past. I also live in a small Brooklyn apt with narrow hallways, so having things come in small parts is a huge help. Some of the boxes are a little bit heavy, but with another person, it's not terrible to move together. I've had my range couch for a few years and recently got my vesper and carta credenza. Everything came together easily, but I also don't mind that sort of thing. My couch has withstood my dog really well! And she goes crazy on it.

The most versatile little stool, can be used as a stool or side table. It was so easy to put together, I might even say it was fun to assemble. Packaging was also great, it felt like I was unboxing an iPhone. 10 out of 10!

Over priced & terrible quality. Purchased leather nomad loveseat with add-on chaise & ottoman. Most uncomfortable sofa ever! After just one year both seats of sofa have indentations. Worst purchase that cost over $3,000!!! Can’t give it away now.

've had nothing but good experiences with Burrow! I have a Range sectional, some Index shelves, and most recently, a Vesper chair that was on sale. My cats are just a big a fan as I am, and so far (around 3 years?) they haven't done any real damage to the couch fabric. Each piece was noticeably easier to set up than other furniture I've bought in the past.

My apartment is full of many Burrow products! The Index shelf is the one that gets the most compliments, but I personally love my Range sectional and Carta credenza the most!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my wallshelves from Burrow. We really wanted something high quality and sturdy to hold some heavier items and still be able to hang it. Burrow delivered on all those and they look so sleek!

I have several Burrow products (Field sofa, Cape House Rug, Kettle coffee table, serif side table) and I'm hooked on the brand! First off, free shipping on big items is amazing, and every time I've ordered it's been delivered in less than a week. The products are always super easy to assemble, which I rarely say, and the designs are beautiful. I was skeptical that everything would stand the test of time, but I've had most of my Burrow stuff for over a year and even with three dogs and a toddler, they still look and feel great. We've really put everything through the ringer (finger paint, wine spills, dog accidents) and i"m absolutely amazed at how easy everything is to clean. At the risk of letting everyone else know my secret to never having stains on my furniture/rugs, I'm leaving this review so others know Burrow's the real deal. At first I thought, "too good to be true", but if you're on the fence about purchasing something from Burrow, don't think twice!

Love my Nomad sectional! I have owned this sofa for 4 years across two apartments with a 60 lb dog that loves to dig in the cushions and occasionally pees a little. This couch has exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and ease of cleaning.

I purchased a couch from Burrow online, it was shipped to my house and was missing an arm rest. I emailed customer support and after substantial back and forth and them going dark on me a couple of times, I finally received the arm rest. The couch is advertised as "stain resistant" "durable materials" "non-toxic materials". The couch came with a large tag that says, "contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause birth defects and cancer"...so clearly not non-toxic materials. Within 1 month the cushions were stained and looked disgusting, even though we don't wear shoes inside, eat on the couch, or let our dog on it (all activities which are advertised on their website to show how much this couch can withstand). I emailed the pictures to customer service and informed them about my dissatisfaction with the toxicity of the materials, and after dodging many emails, they refuse to issue any form of refund or return. Their advertising is comprised of blatant lies, as I found after looking them up on Better Business Bureau (where Burrow has an F rating), and Reddit, which details how much of a scam this company is. I also tried to review the couch and was unable to, showing that the reviews online must be fake. I emailed customer service asking how to submit a review and they would not allow me to, clearly because they knew it would not be a positive one. The claims issued about their materials, sustainability, and toxicity are completely fabricated and false, online reviews are fictional, and customer service is non-existent.

Very nice sofa. Simple to put together and I really like the modern look of it. It juxtaposes nicely with our bohemian decor. We had a dinner party the evening after we assembled it and everyone loved it and sat and socialized there. Also looks like it will hold up well to our three cats - nice sturdy seeming fabric. I would definitely recommend it.

I owned a Burrow sofa for years, and recently upgraded to their newer Range sectional when I moved into my new house because the layout was better for it. They've definitely improved quality over the years since I first bought, but the cool modularity and nice design touches are all still there. I ended up going back and getting a few rugs and wall shelves. While we love the sectional, the shelves are the real eye-catcher for guests.

I've had my Nomad Leather Sofa for a little over a year and a half and I love it as much, if not more, as the day we got it. It's perfect for city living – I can't imagine getting a "regular" sofa into our small and oddly shaped apartment. Plus, assembly was super simple. I built it while my partner broke down the boxes, I think he had the harder job! We spend a lot of time on the couch (whoops), so it did not take long for us to break it in. It's comfortable while still offering support, which is great for working from home, reading, or lounging around. If you can fit it, an ottoman is a nice touch! It's great to kick your feet up on it or use as extra seating for friends.

Burrow delivers a great product on time and with the highest quality. I love that they limit their product line to only the best and narrow to what you really need for a cozy, yet modern look. I have ordered on 2 separate occasions and delivery estimate was accurate, and the customer service is great.

I purchased a loveseat off an open box website. I had it for a year and it was not that comfortable. I do not think it is worth the price.
